Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I come in to pull a part in Akron and I said I just need 2 airbags. The woman told me that’s fine. I go out to the vehicle and I pull two airbags after spending almost 2 hours on the lot just to be told that they don’t sell airbags anymore. Also that they have signs posted everywhere when all I saw was one little sign on the cash register while leaving. Highly suggest to never come to such an establishment…. They also asked if I wanted a membership…. Absolutely not

This was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had at a pull apart. The entire staff was so friendly,They made me feel welcomed and it truly was a pleasure to be around this staff. I loved it so much I actually filled out an application. So if you were looking for somewhere that has kind staff definitely go to pull apart on Kelly.

This slavage yard is very organized and clean. The pricing is standard and finding a vehicle is easy as they are all on blocks and located according to make.

I give Ashley had great customer service. The pull a part in Akron has the best employees. I have a shop on Moe drive in North Akron actually my address is 871 Moe Drive Units 1&24 they take care of me every time I go in there.

So sad can't contact out local pull apart anymore. No way in hell I'm driving an hour for no reason :/ Dad has a small repair business and we have been using pull apart for as long as I can remember....

Good little junkyard. Look at their website to check inventory and location of cars before you go. While you are in there check around a little as you may find a vehicle that has not been inventoried yet. Prices are fair and staff was very friendly and helpful.

I have been a long time customer of pull a part in akron, canton and Cleveland. I recently have been shopping at the akron location several times, one thing I noticed was they updated there engine hoists, brand new wheels,adjusters and chain pulley. Makes my life much easyer and makes me more willing to go and pull bigger parts like engines and transmission so it's a win win for them and me. I was surprised that one of the staff even help me push my engine and engine hoist down the row so it could be picked up by the loader. All and all akron if stepping there game up. Canton is still my home store I hope they also redo there engine hoists. Thanks again for helping me
