Appreciate the golf carts for rent. Wish they had more to rent since they are scarce. Otherwise it would be a 5 star.The yard is kept clear, clean and well organized. Inventory is pretty much up to date.PS:Wish customers would be more considerate and not trash a vehicle just to get one part out

I was in your Columbia SC location on 3-9-22 and had an unusually good experience and wanted to recognize the young lady that made it so good. I was given a card so I could go online to the appropriate site but left the card in my son's truck. I hope this site will get the recognition for the young woman that gave me such good service, her name was Meria and she is an excellent employee for your company that goes the extra mile to achieve customer satisfaction. Please give her the recognition she so richly deserves for this. Everyone there was helpful but she was just exceptional!!!

I feel like I visit this Pull a Part on a weekly basis, and that’s not a bad thing. I’m only Leaving this review because my cashier gave me three bolts for free to do so. But I should have left this review a lot sooner. I can’t think of a time this Pull a Part didn’t have the part I needed. For only a dollar to get in (with my free Pull a Part card), and fair prices on everything, this place is hard to beat. Everyone’s always friendly, and as weird as this sounds, I always have a fun time looking through the junk.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Went the extra mile to help me find the right part for my vehicle. The retail manager that I spoke to I think his name is Travis was Extremely interested in ensuring my part fit. Great customer support .

This was my first time coming here. I was in need of a new wheel and even the dealership couldn’t get one for me. I know nothing about wheels. As I arrived the manager assisted me in looking for my car even looking up what else would match up. After looking at the couple sets on the cars I decided to go with some chrome rims they had in the store. 350 for chrome rims and tires can’t be beat. I will be returning next week to get a headlight and driver door since they will pull the parts for me.

The staff was amazing at helping me find a year that would fit my 2013 sonata. The manager ran several searches to find a wheel from a different car to get me off of 3 spare tires. I may have ford wheels now but my car gets me to work. Thanks for the amazing service.

I needed a new rear end and I have no clue what I’m doing when it comes to cars. I could not spend that much on a new part to get my car working. Avery helped me find the right part and he pulled it for me and had it ready for me that afternoon.
