First, Pull-a-Part experience with my hubby. It was very interesting they recycle and sell everything from parts to fluids. It cost per person to enter the lot, self-service for part removal, the check out process was smooth. They also have cash cars.

Wonderful date at pull a part. Got some amazing deals and the staff was wonderful. Found what we needed and more that we realized we wanted. Can't recommend them enough. Pull a part always saves us a ton and in this economy you can't afford to not go. You will never know what you'll find don't second guess buying something cause it might not be there next week which is nice that they get so much inventory each week. Your bound to find what you need and more.

I came here last Saturday. Was recommended by my daughter to go there since she had a great experience there. I’ve never been in an outdoor business like this that is so organized and put together. I had the pleasure of dealing with the assistant manager, the big guy with the red beard, and honestly he just makes everything smooth. From helping me with a mirror, 2 tires, looked at a part for my husband, he made sure I wasn’t stressed. The place is clean and not nasty like I expected a junk yard to be. I will continue to commute from out of town to do business! Definitely recommend!

I recently visited Pull-A-Part and was impressed by the wide selection of car parts available at affordable prices. The store is organized and makes it easy to find what you need, which I really appreciated. However, my interaction with Kamaya, who stated she was the manager but is actually a retail lead, was disappointing. I found her to be rude and dismissive, which affected the overall experience. Pull-A-Part is a great resource for car parts, but I hope that improvements can be made in customer service to create a more respectful and welcoming environment.”

Good selection of parts but the website says they close at 5:00 and the girl that claimed to be manager said I had to leave at 4:30 because of daylight savings. Utterly ridiculous, didn’t even get the parts I needed even though they were right in front of me. I asked the girl If I could get the parts I needed as it wouldn’t take 1 minute to take them off and I explained that I drove over an hour to get there and she rudely replied scoffed at me and said nope and walked off with an attitude. Update: A gentleman named Ben was there the next time and he was much more pleasant to work with and definitely gave a better overvall customer experience.

This is dated, but we had a 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT with three decisive blows to it and the headliner crumbling around us. We called it "The Tank", for all it has been through. Decided to take it to Pull-A-Part. Did not know what to expect as it had 165,000+ miles, good tires, very good aluminum wheels and the rest was bumper car ready! Anthony asked me to pull it in on the scale and then he offered me $500+ 15, I guess the $15 was a gift. Candice also assisted in this venture and I was very impressed with the professionalism, quick offer and telling me this will not last long. If it runs or not, they will give you a great deal. 5 Star company. Anthony and Candice were great!

Today was so amazing. Maya was simply fabulous. She went above the call of duty when we needed some help. She reached out to her contacts and she went above and beyond her call of duty. Forever grateful for them. Miss cookie and her son! Love y’all

We bought an '04 Explorer from the Columbia Pull-A-Part. For the price, the truck is in REALLY good condition with very minor problems. Mr. Al, the gentleman that helped us with the sale, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and told us exactly what was needed to get it 100% right, and didn't try to candy-coat anything like some dealers do. Seriously, 10/10. I do recommend these guys. Ask for Mr. Al, he'll set you right.

You call the number they have listed, and your call is answered by a foreigner not even from the store you’re calling. They tell you to wait patiently and keep your schedule open all day only to have to reach out to them and find out they moved your pickup date. I’m so sick and tired of these “modern” ai answering the phone and having to scream “representative” 50 times before the AI can finally get you in touch with a real person. If I call the phone number listed on your website for your store, I expect a real human that works at your store to answer! EDIT: They told me they would pick it up Saturday, so I took off work, they never came. They told me they would pick it up Sunday, so I took off work, they never came. I lost 2 days in wages AND have to pay for every day my car sits in the repair shop and here on day 3 of promising to get my car, they still haven’t.

Rainy day. Last minute load with bunch of parts; left my entire bucket-full of tools with hardware from parts just outside the store on a hand cart. The employees saved it in office for me until next day when I came back. Very honest and responsible people over there along with manager. Thank you so much guys!

A friend needed a jack crank handle and we got it quickly at a bargain. We decided to walk around in the yard and we were impressed by the available car parts. I'm glad this is one of the first places I've known as a new resident in Columbia.

I have multiple vehicles that range in age and make & Models. At any given Time I always have a vehicle that needs something and as you can imagine that can get a little pricey! Not only are prices reasonable-their staff makes spending money a pleasurable experience! when you go to other retail establishments and the associate greets you by saying “how are you today?” Just know that’s all of a façade and they don’t give two shits! they have one blue eyed long blonde haired young man that works there that I think goes by the name of “Ben” who is just an absolute joy to interact with!! Anytime I’m there weather they have or don’t have the part I came for or not and this young man is off; I almost feel as if I have forgotten something?!

Oh wow, if we knew about this place and came here first we could have saved lots of $$. This huge place where salvage vehicles of all ages and models are resting to offer you used parts that you use your own tools to remove. A 30-day warranty in case that part needs to be returned. The whole lot is rocked, no grass or weeds anywhere. Inventory is searchable online. Prices are extremely reasonable. Nice folks run this place and it's open when working folks have time to come.

The staff at Pull-a-Part are always so helpful with any questions that you have and if they don't know they will ask other fellow employees that have been there on the job longer and or more knowledgeable about the question or the situation that has risen. I have actually seen management come out of their offices to assist customers with their needs and questions they may have. Overall I think Pull-a-Part he's a very well oiled machine!!

While driving home Charleston from visiting family, I broke down on the side of I20. While waiting for someone to come pick me up o saw a billboard for pull a part. I walked there to see what they had while waiting on family. Avery and Travis both worked hard to find me a part that would work and had it pulled for me. Instead of riding back with family I was able to have a part to put on my car and get me home. Pull a part saved me a tow fee and mechanics bill and had several laughs along the way. Update: My husband and I stopped by on this trip and had an amazing experience yet again! Travis is still there and everyone was having a great time laughing and joking. Matt rang us out and we wish there was a pull a part closer to Charleston!

How y’all have a number for a store but redirect to a call center. It’s stupid, how is one supposed to know if it’s still muddy. Waste gas just to find out. Sounds like they need to re evaluate there phone operations.

My husband and I went to pull apart this past weekend as we needed two rims at an afforable price, as I had a very minor accident. The employees were super nice and helped us find the type of cars we needed to look at on the lot and then my husband took the tires off - we only spent $101 for two tires with rims included and they were in VERY good shape! The employees were superior and when checking us out and took great care of us and explained that if we brought back our broken rims, they will give us $16 for each of them - which we plan on doing! I also asked if I could use the bathroom as I had been waiting for another customer to come out the bathroom for a while and I am super pregnant, so it's hard to hold it, and they took me back to their employee bathroom in their breakroom and let me relieve myself - a godsend as we were 45 minutes away from home! I highly reccomend this business if you need anything for your car - just make sure you bring someone who knows how to take car parts off a car as you have to do it yourself (which wasn't a problem as we knew this beforehand)! We will definitly be coming back to this business to get more parts for our car if needed and I can't reccomend them enough!!

Last Thursday I went to Pull-A-Part and needed two mirrors and a tire for my car. I was referred to from a friend who swears by Pull-A-Part and I had an amazing experience. The big guy with the red beard, I think his name is Travis, the assistant manager, he helped me walk the huge yard that had thousands of cars and find what I was looking for. He was very patient with all the questions I had. I definitely recommend 10/10.

I went with my son to Pull- A-Part in Columbia (love the name) and was quite amazed that this was not the junk yard of "back in the day. I struck up a conversation with a nice young man named Travis who worked there. He was very informed and helpful and I was surprised that Pull Apart is a National chain. A very interesting place.

They never came to pick up my car. Customer service said sorry and said they would prioritize. I called and talked to dispatch the the first 2 days and they said I was on the list. Today is day 5. Are the tow trucks contract hires by company to pick up? Maybe the reason is they don't want to drive 10 miles to pick up, so they make more money on closer pickups.
