This place has gone downhill so bad since our last visit. The yard is not near as clean as it used to be. The staff used to be enjoyable and energetic, now it appears they are being held waiting to be released. There was no greeting or excitement just your total is and here’s your change. Almost every single car we went to the door had a HUGE dent and scrape in it. It looks like the employees do not care anymore about the cars and just ram into them. It is out of my way but I will be using other somewhat local options in the future. Maybe in a year or two Pull-A-Part will be back to an enjoyable experience.

First, Pull-a-Part experience with my hubby. It was very interesting they recycle and sell everything from parts to fluids. It cost per person to enter the lot, self-service for part removal, the check out process was smooth. They also have cash cars.

I have two big gripes with pull-a-part. 1) Their online inventory is often inaccurate and never has more than one picture, which is just a head-on view of the vehicle. It makes it very difficult to determine trim levels when the description is inaccurate and you only get one useless photo of the front of the vehicle. Even worse, when you're looking at something like a truck that could have 2 doors, or 4 doors but you can't even tell the number of doors it has because all you have is a picture of the hood. 2) I'm not a huge fan of the "no refunds" policy, even for warranty returns. They only give you store credits. I live nearly two hours away from my nearest pull-a-part and rarely get over there, pretty much only when I'm in town for other reasons and it's super frustrating to have store credits I never get to use because I don't get there very often and when I do get there, they never have what I need.
