One of my favorite places to purchase automotive parts. They don't charge veterans a fee just to look for parts on their yard. Furthermore, customer service is the best when it comes to Jennifer Brazelton. You always help me with a smile and thank me before I leave. Thank you for always being such a true professional. Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unfair Treatment and Wrongful Ban To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally express my frustration and disappointment regarding the treatment I have recently received at Pull-A-Part. I have always conducted myself with professionalism and respect, yet I now find myself unfairly accused and banned from the store without cause. Manager Matt accused me of threatening him, which is a complete fabrication. I want to make it very clear that I have never threatened him or anyone else. I have several customers and staff members who witnessed the situation and can confirm that I did nothing wrong. For him to make such a serious false accusation against me is not only unfair but also damaging to my reputation and character. I have always gone above and beyond to be helpful. Anytime Manager Matt calls me, I immediately stop what I am doing to pull parts, assist customers, or even bring customers directly to him. I have never refused to help; instead, I have shown consistent cooperation and support, both for the store and the community. I have built relationships with staff and customers alike, and I take pride in the fact that many people know me as someone who is willing to help and make the Pull-A-Part experience better. To be treated in this manner after my history of cooperation is deeply hurtful and unjust. It feels as though my good deeds and willingness to support both customers and staff have been completely disregarded. I have contributed positively to the community and to Pull-A-Part, and I do not believe it is right for me to be banned over a false claim without a proper and fair investigation. All I am asking for is fairness and the opportunity to be heard. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed at the corporate level, with full consideration of the witnesses who can verify the truth of what happened. I believe I deserve the chance to clear my name and to continue being a valued and supportive part of the Pull-A-Part community. FIRST TIMER GOING THERE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AMAZING, JENNIFER WAS AMAZING IN ASSISTING ME IN THE PROCESS ABOUT THE PART I NEEDED FOR MY TOYOTA COROLLA. I STRUGGLE TO FIND AND GET THE PART SO VON (PARTS PRO) HELPED ME OUT. HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN GETTING THE PART AND AT THE END IT WASN'T THE RIGHT ONE.. KUDOS TO HIM. I LOVE THE ENVIRONMENT VERY WELCOMING. I WILL RECOMMEND OTHERS AND WILL BE COMING BACK IF I NEED TO.
