    Called through AAA to get a tow. This company was dispatched. Waited 2 hours no show. Day later I make an appointment for them to meet me 24 hours in advance. Here I am waiting 2 hours with no call or anything to let me know an ETA so I call to find out where the wrecker is and the truck is barely leaving lubbock 30 miles away. Waste of time.

    I had a bad experience with this company and damages to my car. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The response from the owner on this review is addressing a different situation than the one I am speaking of. To elaborate, there was damage to my rim, front bumper and wheel liner after I requested a tow to a dealership for a simple flat tire. The damages were covered, but the process and experience was bad and could’ve been prevented.
