Although Ray didn't junk my car. He gave me sum good advice on how to fix the problem I was having with my car. Hes a great guy.

We needed a tow for my son's car, which was making a weird noise. I called R&R Towing and the call was answered immediately. I was told I would receive a call back in 5 minutes, which I did, and within 10 minutes the tow truck was on its way. Excellent customer service and follow-through!

Please note I didn't actually sell my vehicle. I called about junking my automobile. He wanted to ask first what my best offer was. He would tell me if he could top it. I did and he couldn't. Now many people might appreciate this service. It was fast and direct. However, I felt like it didn't really help me to understand why some people are offering more, or how much my vehicle really is worth. It might be a better choice if you have a fully junked car(one that's been smashed or something similar) as I got the impression they are just giving scrap metal value vs pick and pull value.Please view the reply to get a better feel for my experience with this business

I just would like to comment on the quality of service. I have a background in Customer Service and can speak from experience. In the process of doing my due diligence for searching online I called R&R towing. Ray"s tone of voice was personable and engaging. He put me on a brief hold but came right back to the call and explained in simple terms the process along with how important it is to have the proper credentials to do this line of work . Ray also offered a better price for the car then other companies in the area. I then proceeded to make an appointment to pickup the vehicle. Paul was the tow truck driver who was prompt and courteous and removed the vehicle from my property and explained the process of contacting DMV and the county I live in. I have no reservations to recommending this business.

Absolutely amazing experience. Ray was quick, fast, and polite about the entire process. I did not know anything about junking cars but he helped me out a lot. Ray told me what time he would come and he was here on time, I didn't have to wait around for him. He was quick, reliable, and friendly. Ray is a really great guy. He came out the same day I called him, and paid exactly what we had agreed upon over the phone for my old car. Great guy, great service, great experience.Ray picked up my beat up Mazda Protege for salvage today and there was absolutely no hassle. He was a super professional and even took the time to explain why it is critical that you sell your salvaged car to a licensed removal service. Ray was one of the nicest people I've met. His cute little dog Ringo was just as friendly!
