    I went to four different used auto parts and Manny was the one that found the part for me. He was extremely helpful to find what I need fo my Chevy Tahoo. He promised to have it at his place next day and he kept his promise. The price was also very reasonable. This will be my favorite place to get used parts. Thank you Manny.

    The worst place ever they sold me a 2008 engine and told me it was a 2010 I have been having multiple problems with the engine and they refuse to take it back or give me any compensation for the motor they sold me the engine while the owner what's on vacation the engine has a lot of broken parts how to put a timing chain on it the coil was broken and many other parts the guys he have working talk to me real nasty and then treat me as a customer

    Manny I don’t know who you have operating your business while you are a way , but it is not pleasant when you are not there, the service experience is was horrible, it’s has been a nightmare your guys you have answering your phone are very careless about customer service and your so called delivery drivers suck my husband came in on Saturday Dec 21,2024 bought and engine for my car was supposed to be delivered on Monday December 23,2024 by 12:00pm the engine did not arrive until the mechanic shop until 4:30pm in the afternoon I had to keep calling all day for an update for the delivery update where is the guy? Is in route? The guy on phone sounds like he was asleep and did not care each time I called either did not sound like he was concerned at all. Now as the mechanic begins to inspect the engine he sees the some parts are broken located by the timing chain I need my car so my husband bought a new timing chain installation kit for $130 called the junkyard back to speak with the guy sent images of the damage located by the timing chain and ask can he receive a reimbursement because we did not expect to spend anything else between the engine and getting a the engine replaced which total out to be $1800 over the Christmas holiday so Thursday December 26,2024 my husband calls the junkyard back and talk to the guy answering the phone now he constantly plays back and forth gave my husband another number to contact claims to be Manny and I knew he was not Manny because ask him the day my engine was supposed to be delivered can I speak with Manny he told me Manny was not gonna be back until next year which is 2025 so now the so called Manny goes back and forth with husband then agreed reimburse$130 on Saturday December 26,2024 but did not receive any payment. Now the mechanic discovers the engine is not a 2010 it’s a 2008 my car is a 2009. In this experience was horrific dealing with people who works for you who does not care about the face of your business. The delivery driver service you have no since of urgency of keeping track of time he kept saying he does not speak English so he is not understanding us well. Adding more frustration to the situation of getting my car repaired a nightmare so Manny you have lost a customer I didn’t not get that experience with my husband engine . You had to deliver the engine your self that should tell you something about your delivery driver.

    The other day I was going crazy looking for a good motor.Every time I found one it was either broke or too expensive.This place is awesome, the attention was great and the motor was like new. They even help me find what I want it with a lot of patience, which in other places they just sent me to look for the parts that I want it.. I will recommend passing by this place first if you want any car parts.

    Brought a window switch for my vehicle on Thursday and ask one of the worker there if I can return it for a refund if it don't work and the guy said Yes of course. Return the part before the three day time was up to get a refund. DO not know who the owner is but what a disaster experience.The worker at the counter had to go and look for the work who told be that no cash refund only credit. The work who sold the part to me had attitude and said no cash refund but only store credit, really it was on $30,....I took the part back.No going to resell that part to anyone of my free money...

    The experience was really disappointed. One of the guys there was really rude with me and the worst part was that I called earlier to confirmed I was coming to pick the part, but when I got there he told I had to come back on monday because he wasn't gonna take part out at that moment. I drove almost 50 minutes to that place....So I decided to take my business elsewhere.
