highly recommend - I didn't catch her name but the person who answered my call was communicative and good-natured. they dispatched a driver within the day at a time that worked for me, and the driver David was a major chiller (cool person haha). I had a higher offer from Wheelzy but I wanted to support local so I was willing to let it go for less than their offer. David accepted my counter offer to his initial number, which I appreciated (always gotta negotiate). I'd rather do business with a small company and a family man driver (Miami Auto Recycling) than a partially automated big corporation with 3 different employees spamming me and not sharing information amongst themselves (Wheelzy lol).
You buy something, the guy at the desk says 30 day warranty, a week later the part failed and same guy at the desk says "it only had 72hr warranty, its written on the invoce" with no shame in his face, so you just lost your money. And they a customer.
