5 Stars – Excellent Service at Reeves Auto! I recently took my Toyota Tacoma to Reeves Auto for repair work on the lower control arm bushings, which were under warranty, so they contacted the warranty company and dealt with them to get them replaced. They also replaced my brakes while it was there. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! From the moment I dropped off my truck, AJ and his team at Reeves Auto were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain what needed to be done. They were efficient with their work and kept me updated throughout the process. They even found something wrong with my rear differential and fixed that for me too. The warranty work was handled without any issues, and they took care of the brake replacement as well, all at a very reasonable price. I’ve had other experiences with auto repair shops, but the level of customer service here really stands out, not to mention their HONESTY. My Tacoma runs great now, and I feel confident in the quality of the work that was done.
