The people are nice to reel you in, don’t shop here. Tried getting a transmission here to go into my vehicle, does not fit (their system says it does but clearly they’re both different). Communication with this place has been awful and the owner won’t refund us.

I wish there was a 0 star option.( A WARRANTY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT MEANS NOTHING) In January I purchased a used transmission for my 1999 F150. It was $700 but I felt okay about it because it came with a 1-year warranty. When I went to pick it up they loaded it in the back of my truck for me. I had my mechanic install in my truck the next day. Immediately upon driving it there were issues with the forced downshift it was clear that there was an issue with this transmission. I was relieved because I had a warranty. I called them every single Monday for 5 months !!!!!! At first they were nice and acted like they would get right on it . They said they didn't have a replacement in stock but they would get me one immediately when one came in. After this they just avoided me . Had me send in the paperwork over and over . THEY NEVER INTENDED ON MAKING GOOD ON YHAT WARRANTY!

Worst experience ever! Miscommunication with part needed. They said they would exchange the part for the one needed. Said they had it. They did not labeling parts wrong. Then they said they would find one call me back on Monday or refund my money. Never called back. Had to call them. Been 3 weeks. Already got my part somewhere else. They won't refund my money and I have no parts. Cowards and con artists. Never go there!!

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is borderline scamming people with their means nothing warranty and selling the wrong parts and saying they fit. They say if it doesn't bring it back for a refund. That is a joke. They have no intention on fixing anything or refunding anything. They are rude, unprofessional and took advantage of people who are disabled. They need to be reported.

This place is a rip off and Liars. They said it was a tested engine. Not. It had a broken valve cover and the plastic was on te he cam lobes. Didn't notice until got to the shop, Because it was taped They don't want to do anything. Let's do colorado a favor and put them out of business.

I called this place to verify they had the axle I needed before I made the 200 mile drive out to them to buy it. When I arrived they took my cash into the office (customers weren't allowed inside), then came back out a while later and told me the part wouldn't be available to pick up until the following week. So I'd have to have to make the 5 hour round trip again. If someone had mentioned that when I called I wouldn't have bought anything there. But they already had my cash so I waited until the next week. While I was waiting they called me back to say they didn't actually have the part I bought! They said they'd mail me a check for a refund, but never did. I called back a few times, they sounded helpful on the phone, but nothing ever came of it. So in the end they took $316 from me and I got nothing. That's the cost of an axle, environmental fees, and $100(!) for a "core fee".This place is a bad business. Don't take the risk, just shop somewhere else.

They sold a friend of mine a destroyed engine and won't help him with a replacement or a refund even though he has a warranty. Bad business practices and customer service. Go somewhere else unless you're into setting your money on fire.

When my husband and I were looking for a part for our jeep we called up Riverside truck and auto, the office staff was very knowable and helpful. Made the entire process easy and stress free. We will definitely be doing all our future business with them!

I've visited this business a few times, the employees are always quick to help and quite knowledgeable. If they don't have what you need, they will track it down elsewhere. Great staff and fair prices. I gave this business a 5 star because they deserve it! Check them out, you won't be sorry!

Absolutely terrible service would give zero stars if I could I bought a transmission from the that had a “365 day warranty” I got the transmission and took the pan off to find lots of internal damage they then proceeded to ask me if I had damaged it and said they would give me back my BLOWN core transmission to try to take parts of it to make the one they gave me work! I said I had no intent of putting old and used parts on to another old and used trans that was supposedly A grade status. I asked for a refund and they said no and voided my warranty because they said in my contract they could just void it at their discretion and didn’t have to have a reason. I am now out nearly $1k dollars and they have ducked my calls with no call back. Absolutely terrible business DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THEY ARE THEIVES

wished I would have looked at the reviews of this place before i drove 160 miles twice. Once to pick up a junk engine that was supposed to be a good engine and once to bring it back. Got a partial refund finally but not the 200.00 I gave them to hold the engine until I was able to get there. Worst salvage yard I ever had dealings with which has been hundreds. A piece of advice would be to check out what you sell to customers. When i seen a picture of it setting in the weeds I should have not even bought it. A little quality control would go a long ways to serving them better. A happy customer is a return customer. Never again for me. Enjoy the 200.00 and knowing you wasted hours of my time and fuel to get there and back.

Buyer/seller beware!! This company has purchased vehicles from me in the past and I have bought parts from them, but no more! I allowed the owner to tow a vehicle from my yard taking his word he would bring back a check within a day or two, that was 3/17/23. 10+ phone calls and 8 texts to the owner later (I counted them) offering to pick up the check if he didn't have time to drop it off, and I am still waiting for my money!!! The owner doesn't respond to my calls or texts and the office, get this, tells me they have nothing to do with it and to call the owner! I even offered to pick up the vehicle and forget the whole thing, to which the office responded they wouldn't allow me access to it without the owner's permission, and the owner has yet to respond to my request since 6/19/2023. Bad business all the way around, sorry I trusted them, lesson learned!!!

Drove 6 hours one way to buy a transmission, was told it was good and that it was the same one I had. Wiring harness was the wrong one had to pay 15.00 for them to send me the one that was on the old transmission. Got it only to find out the transmission only have 1st 2nd and reverse. They refuse to honor their warranty to the point the guy that "handles" the warranty hung up on me while I was asking a question. He told me to reread my warranty and not call again, then hung up. Will never do business with them again!

As I'm hunting parts I see an add on marketplace for the exact thing I needed what do you like everything was there after I get there after driving 45 minutes I'm helped by a 9-year-old child regardless of who was helping me when I asked about the truck I saw online he said they got rid of that truck over a month ago ,yet they're still running their ad on marketplace like it's all there and set me on a wild goose chase after something that wasn't even available I don't know about you but I get pissed when someone wastes my time and I'd rather walk than depend on these idiots

Had to take them to court to get a refund after being sold the wrong transmission. Highly recommend going somewhere else. Look at the better business bureau on this company. Very shady.

These guys always got great parts however their parts are way overpriced for salvage parts because they pull it themselves. They’re always really nice when I speak with them but they want as much for a used piece of glass as a new piece of glass costs online! It’s unfortunate that they want $150 for a complete door assembly when you can go to pull and pay and pay $65 and have a complete door assembly I wish their prices were a little bit more realistic. However I understand that it takes time and labor to remove these things

What we thought was a good purchase, turned out not to be. What I highly recommend is that you look at every single part of the part you purchase from this company. The truck we purchased this door from was laying on the ground and the very bottom of the door got rusted. When our repair guy went to sand the door down and get it ready to paint he saw the rust on the very bottom. It is not repairable leaving the door completely useless to us. Phone call to Tim immediately to see if they can help us out in anyway, quite possibly for a different door. Was assured that I would receive a phone call back before lunch, and I did not. This company has incredibly poor communication. Call back to check in, was told he was not there that day. So either they are deceptive/avoiding me or they do not care about the service they provide. Think again before considering them. My original review I gave them: I just wanted to reach out an express gratitude for your services you provide! Wrecking our truck was a significant devastation for me (I have a horse and can’t haul her). We spent all day at the U-Pull it places. We called Tim late afternoon and they were incredibly helpful and understanding. Superb service, great prices, and would highly recommend and choose you above any other salvage yards!!!! High quality and reliable! Thank you Thank You a thank you!

Had an absolutely fantastic experience. The customer service that Jen provided was far over and above what I had expected. I wish all my purchasing experiences were that great! Haven't picked up the part yet--I have to drive across the state as it can't be shipped--but I am beyond satisfied with my experience, so far! BIG kudos to Jen for the thorough and extra-friendly service!!

Absolutely a nightmare to get a refund on the $100 core charge. I took the core back 10 days ago today and still no refund. If you know that there’s a core charge take the core with you and save yourself the aggravation and time of having to call them over and over to get the credit. I’ve made several phone calls and I’m told there’s only one person that does refunds and she happens to never be there when I’ve called. Why I have to keep calling to ask for the refund is beyond me and horrible customer service, I’m getting the runaround!! *Follow up review ** It has been over two months and I have called several times a week every week and every single time I call no matter the time of day Brenda tells the one and only person named Holly who can give refunds is out of the office. She is NEVER there! Total runaround, total fraud!! Stay away from this place.

I did buy two head lights and I did pick them up at their location in Milliken. At home I did realize the headlight did not fit my car – even after they confirmed that the headlights fit my model and year. I did send them the headlights back on my own expenses and was told that my credit card will be credited for it. However, now after 4 weeks returning the lights I still have not received the credit. I called several time and always got a lame excuse why the credit has not applied yet. As of today I am still waiting. Sadly I have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. In this case I cannot recommend this company at all. Very fishy business practices. My advise – look somewhere else.

Called on February 13 and ordered a front differential/carrier to a 98 Chevy S10. I was charged that same day and they said they would ship it in a couple of days. I called 2 times a week after the 1st week to find out if it was shipped and they always had the same reply " its ready to ship tomorrow." 3 weeks went by and I talked to the manager and told him i wanted to cancel and he told me it was on a pallet and its ready to get shipped tomorrow but i still wanted to cancel. I've called 2-3 times a week to get my $530 back and they always tell me they'll call back. They haven't return my money yet so I called the bank so they could do something about it. I deal with junkyards anywhere from 3-10 times a month and this is the worst business with the worst customer service I've experienced.

Ordered a front axle, paid online like the representative suggested. They could never find the part. Called several times but same story. After a week I found the part somewhere else. Asked for a refund but never received it. I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company to get my money back. This company lacks a management department and good business practices. If I could do a negative 100 review I would. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. Not only have I tried to obtain my core change from here since October, I have been told the check is in the mail multiple times. I've spoke to the office multiple times and no one calls back. The owners are never there apparently and they make excuses everytime. I was a customer..I paid for and brought my core back ...no refund . It's now December 15th and no refund. BAD BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES HERE!

This place is highly unprofessional. My husband called about a engine, they sold him the wrong one. Tried to return. They dodged our calls. Finally got a hold of them they offered a check but we have to pay a RESTOCKING FEE on a engine they misled us on. They said call back on a Monday to see if the check was ready and again they dodged our call.. i will be contacting better business bureau and 9 news. I want my money back. Does not deserve this 1 star review very shady business.
