4.9They don't make slices of Americanna like this any more. Thier lobby was straight out of Mayberry, Peticoat Junction, and Antiques Roadshow. Ought to give them a 5.0, but they did not have the Legacy roof I wanted. However, one of the owners went the extra mile for this need. 150 of em, in fact, and found it on the next state. Amazing experience. They were super professional and courteous when scheduling. Got to me in about 40 minutes, which is unheard of. Tyler called to let me know he was on his way and was right on time. He was very professional and treated my car with care when loading it up and unloading. Excellent customer service all around. I had boughten ecm from a Greeley yard, after being told it would work, it didn't and fried 5 major components. When I called Elliott's, they more than came to my rescue. They should just close this store already!Only employee working was sitting outside the door on the phone when I walked in. I literally had free rein of the entire store. After about 10 minutes and the other only customer walking out, I had to go back outside and ask your employee to please get off the phone and help me. Reluctantly they came in but didn't end their personal phone conversation.Shockingly Your employee then Couldn't find my online order, go figure I must have ruined their night by asking if they can please do their job and retrieve my online order. I ended up canceling the order right then and there and walking out. Absolutely worse freaking customer service ever.

Always helpful and courteous. Tends to have what I'm looking for and gives fair market value on all deals. I've dropped off many vehicles and pulled many parts, this place has consistently been a saver for last minutes self service repairs. Being the only close salvage yard is handy, but with anything else comparable so far away it's good that they try so hard to maintain a balanced selection.

Bike broke down on the side of road. With a quick call the crew from S & H rolled up and came to the rescue. We loaded the bike up, strapped it down to make sure there was no movement and ran it to the dealership. All was good during transport. S&H couldn’t have been any more courteous and professional. I had been getting great service until I went in there at 5:40pm last night. If you plan on getting what you need or get good customer service you had better get there 45 min before they close. I've been working on a client's vehicle that has been a rush job. I went in at 5:40 last night to get some paint mixed and was informed by the only person that can mix paint that he couldn't do it he had to count out the other cashiers registers so he wouldn't have time. Nowhere does it say that you can'thave mixed paint after a certain time needless to say I was a little more than po'd I'm all for supporting local businesses and helping the small business owner out but in this case its thrown me a day behind schedule and cost my client another day rental for their vehicle. I hope that the take a look at it and put up a sign or something. Otherwise Brian was great helping me out the two days before and he did say that my paint would be ready by 7:30 the following morning but that's still a setback.
