Needed a rim for Ford Flex 2015. To replace one bent on rear! New 325.00 looked for sources all over the internet for used. Found Stroyer with a rim and made call-email- Gentleman very courteous and knowledgeable explaining price shipping fee etc and how to make sale on line! Made the purchase and 48 hours later it arrived at door boxed (did not expect that service) 11 days before Christmas! Thank you for excellent customer service!

I received a used hood for my 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ yesterday from Shroyer's Auto Parts in Lansing, MI that I had purchased on Ebay. The hood was securely enclosed in a palett & great boxing and arrived in excellent shape. The condition was as described, several small dents and a shallow low area that is barely noticeable and the same paint as my Jeep, Patriot Blue. An excellent purchase. I am very satisfied. Berry

The service is terrible. Shroyer’s has a rule posted in large print stating that documents (registration, title, and license) must be provided before a vehicle can be released, with no exceptions. However, they don't follow this rule!!! Our damaged car was at Schroyer’s, and we arranged for another towing company to pick it up. The towing driver arrived earlier than we did and was allowed to take the car without any of the required documents, even though we had them. When we arrived, the car had already been released, we then had additional difficulties obtaining the check. If Shroyer’s had informed the towing company that the owner needed to be present and provide the documents, this situation could have been avoided. Instead, they seemed to care only about receiving the check. Once the payment was taken, the car was released, and that was it. On top of that, the way they speak to customers and handle service is simply awful.
