I have needed a few different parts for my truck and of all the places around the Lansing area the people at Cats are by far, the absolute most friendliest and helpful people. They are so amazing and if you can’t find what you’re looking for, they will try to help you find it. As a female teaching myself to work on my own truck over the past few years and not knowing a whole lot about mechanics and even less about bodywork, Cats has been super helpful and patient with me. If I had the Option to give them 10 stars I would. Thank you especially Aneita, she Goes above and beyond for customer service and she has really made me feel super comfortable out there and I appreciate her so much

Called ahead, asked about the part I needed. Was assured it was available. I asked if it was in good condition (very specifically asking about cracks, deep scratches, rust, etc). They assured me it was in “really good condition.” Drove an hour and forty minutes just to get there and have them bring to the counter a cracked fender with rust on the backside of it. Obviously seeking used parts we’re not expecting perfection but that was ridiculous. The counter employee said “I’m sorry” and “we can discount it for you.” What? Who is going to buy that? So I spent $45 in gas to drive almost three and a half hours and they refused to compensate my gas even when I called them the morning I was going to pick it up and asked for the second time about its condition to make sure the drive was going to be worth it. DO NOT! DO NOT! do business with these people EVER!!!
