Called to buy a differential. They read me the code from the back and I told them the code was for a locking diff. They didn't believe me, said "that's not a locking ratio". I didn't want to argue, said I'd buy it, would call back with a shipping label. I call back the next day and they had more than tripled the price after they "did some research" and figured out it was a locker after all. What a coincidence, that after years of gathering dust, a part is correctly identified the day after a customer points out what it is, and for teaching them BMW diff codes, is thusly rewarded.

Worst customer service I ever experience, tried to sell me the wrong part and insisting I was wrong. Employees have a bad attitude. If I could give a ZERO Rating but 1 star is the lowest and that still is to much.
