I came back on today, 2 years later, to say the last time I had to use Smitty’s I had a much better experience and found Greg to be very helpful even showing me a direction that he would not profit from at all. That is good customer service. Thinking back the other times when I have felt service & parts were not up to par, were times I dealt with fly by night flunkys that worked there. Returning to this site I also seen Smitty had made an attempt to improve the negative review ( a year later then it took me a year to see his reply) My only suggestion today would be (remember I have not been a customer for years after several bad experiences so my statement is not directed at any current employee cause I have no idea who you have employed now) just keep weeding out the losers & keep only the employees who care enough about the customers and the businesses reputation to make sure the customers get good reasonable service and the correct usable parts.
