#1 ANSWER your phone that shows right away how you handle your business or trust me you willnt be open too long.#2 Have knowledge of where the cars are and be much easier if it was in order and organized like the "U Pull it" " that closed down.#3 You charge your customers going in and walking around like chickens with no head to only come out with nothing or few parts.And lastely would be nice to charge reasonable price and not like new prices. Im sure youll get a good deal on the vehicles you recover. Im sure most of them there were recovered for flood damage.Thank you and hope youll improve your business!

Worst place to ever go I have no idea how this place started up but frist of all what's the point of having phone number when no one ever answers stupid second why do we have to pay to go inside the place and nothing organized we have to walk all around just to look for the car if I can I would rate the store 0 starts worst place dont go or waste ur time

Very disappointed I asked for help finding the part I was looking for and got none , or didn’t even get pointed in the right direction through the vast amount of cars they had , it was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a salvage yard.😠

They closed early after it rained... really wasn't much rain at all. I think it was because 30 minutes before closing and just didn't want to wait around for people to exit. Second time this happens. Great place to find parts.. but business is business. You generate a dollar until closing time. At least ask what customers will look for...maybe it's something quick.

Tried calling all their numbers and none answered, went out there they did not carry the part I was looking for and they had no problem with not answering the phone. Not good business!!!!

I scheduled a pickup 2 days ago for today. The pickup time came and went, and so I called the company and got the driver’s number. I called him and scheduled for a few hours later. That time came and went too, so I called both the main phone number and the driver’s number again and got no answer. Time is money, and they wasted hours of my time. I would honestly give them 0 stars if I could.

Variety on parts but they try sell the items like new ...need more guys with part experience up front not just girls that pick a price on everything

Lots of vehicles on their premises. I thought I had picked a decent afternoon to look for auto parts but it was really warm. Customers need to take (someone young) to help them look for the vehicle in their huge yard. I plan to go again but I am taking someone to help me ❗ ❗ ❗
