If you’re ordering from this company due to their claims of free shipping, think again. Expect to be whacked with an outrageous freight bill once your order is received. No decency to answer the phone and address these concerns, so have resulted to leaving feedback here until this problem is resolved. People work hard for their money and to blatantly scam your customers is disturbing and poor business practices. I hope this company understands the blow their reputation is taking due to this situation not being rectified immediately.

I have been trying to get ahold of someone all freaking day! What a joke of a business! I called the number on Google maps then I called both numbers on one of the pictures on here and no response on any of them.
- JJonathan Wilder
Nothing is organized and staff wasn't able to tell me where anything was, so be prepared to walk the entire yard looking for the correct car and hope the parts are there.
- eemily Jennings
They claim free shipping but then you get a bill from the freight company. This company is a scam. They don’t answer the phone either. Save your money and go somewhere else!
- MMauro Reyes
I call and they never answer what a waist of time this is a bad business they want you to go all the way over there and then they don’t even have the car your looking for I don’t recommend for anyone
- JJohn Silar
Great family business. Prompt and courteous treatment

I called an asked for a 2009 Dodge journey they told me they had two one burner and another so I went less than 15 minutes I went asked front clerk that I had called to check for part she didn't know to walk but had to pay said ok so I asked where about she said to walk around somewhere in yard so I walked around thru water and nothing walked back and ask don't you have in computer where it is she said somewhere around there so I walked again isle per isle nothing so I walked back she had left another lady helped and said it's been crushed and I said I had just asked the lady if they had the part and she had said yes so I just waisted my time and gas going and bad service and I know the owner you got bad clerk service 😜

I know some people were not able to find the parts that they needed here, which sucks. But we were able to and therefore definitely stars from me for that. On that note, the entrance fee is just $1 per person - this is also a good place, a cautionary museum of sorts, to take your teenagers and soon-to-be drivers on why safe and sober driving is very important.
- QQueen Hernandez
What the hell y’all wanna have ur business nd they can’t even answer their damn phone this is bad business 😡😡
- LLarry Marley
scammers, they claim free shipping then you receive a large FedEx bill. Try to call and they can't even answer the phone.

Not perfect, but a decent place to pull your own auto parts. I don’t mind paying the extra buck, to go in with my tools & pull my own parts. A note to Spot-My-Part: if you guys expand, and set up shop throughout the valley, consider the McAllen, Edinburg & PSJA area. We could use a junkyard that can shut down those hacks and parts butchers at South McColl Auto Parts, that let you pull your own parts. Best of luck to you all.

I just left the place I was walking around for 2 hours more than 60% of the vehicles or nothing but shells no parts. And they never pick up a phone calls. all of them are ignorant when it comes to business. The people up front have horrible customer service that female and that one dude flirting with that girl up front. I do not recommend nobody to go to this place the horrible place! to save you the headache and to actually find a part so you don't have to be walking around for hours and they don't know what they have inventory. Just go down to AutoZone and O'Reilly's please avoid this mess over here

Went for a fender and they said it would cost $40 so I went looking. Finally found that they had it in the second section and that they had to remove it. So I said less than an hour should be $10-$15, well they charge almost double the price and wound up paying $85... I needed it. Make sure to ask before they remove it for you. Smh

Spent 100 for parts that would be over 300 to replace. Would come again and highly recommend. Be aware that the work area is rough so bring cardboard, water, and a hat. Entry fee is a small cash only fee. Part purchase can use CC. Vending machine available.
- mmaverick Johnson
They do not post their return policy of store credit only anywhere not even on their website. What thieves. If you don't need anything youre screwed.
- LLupe Zuniga
They closed early after it rained... really wasn't much rain at all. I think it was because 30 minutes before closing and just didn't want to wait around for people to exit. Second time this happens. Great place to find parts.. but business is business. You generate a dollar until closing time. At least ask what customers will look for...maybe it's something quick.

I scheduled a pickup 2 days ago for today. The pickup time came and went, and so I called the company and got the driver’s number. I called him and scheduled for a few hours later. That time came and went too, so I called both the main phone number and the driver’s number again and got no answer. Time is money, and they wasted hours of my time. I would honestly give them 0 stars if I could.

Anyone leaving other than a 5 star review probably works at another junk yard. SPOT MY PART 🐽 🔥 is truly exceptional. Just bring your own tools and some hiking shoes you do have to walk and search.
- EEsteban J.
Bottom line junkyard. Entry fees, env fee, No sorting of vehicles of any kind. Bring your own tools, and take off your own part (if you can find it) No kind of inventory of parts. Don't answer the phones. No warranty of any kind. It's a freaking junkyard, acting like they're 100% working/new parts.
- EEric Daley
If free shipping means $700 then this is the place for you!
- BBenjamin Rohrbach
An awesome selection, a friendly staff, finally some new blood in this area! Yes, it's not easy to find the right car, and it is a gamble to find the right stuff you need, but they are working on this, and are getting more and more organized. The service is great, and staff is very helpful. I will return.
- TTommy Martinez
#1 ANSWER your phone that shows right away how you handle your business or trust me you willnt be open too long. #2 Have knowledge of where the cars are and be much easier if it was in order and organized like the "U Pull it" " that closed down. #3 You charge your customers going in and walking around like chickens with no head to only come out with nothing or few parts. And lastely would be nice to charge reasonable price and not like new prices. Im sure youll get a good deal on the vehicles you recover. Im sure most of them there were recovered for flood damage. Thank you and hope youll improve your business!
- FFernando Garcia
Very good n alot vehicle around there back yards
- BBarberChop
Don't waist your time. Totally disorganized. cars are all mixed up and it takes so much time just looking for what you need. prices are subject to whatever they feel like for the day. 300.00 plus core for a transmission and at all the other Pick A Parts from Florida to California it's 109.00. So no map and no parts list nor prices. This place could make a killing if it was better managed..
- VVictor Rodriguez
It is a shame that they have women serving them who have no idea what it is like to uninstall a part from a car and have to argue with them when paying, since they apply a very stupid criterion for charging for the parts. Pay attention to that for the business owner
- WWorst Idler
Lots of vehicles on their premises. I thought I had picked a decent afternoon to look for auto parts but it was really warm. Customers need to take (someone young) to help them look for the vehicle in their huge yard. I plan to go again but I am taking someone to help me ❗ ❗ ❗
- EEnrique
The prices are very reasonable BUT they added a so-called enviro fee of about $2 on my $25 part. Combined with $1 entree fee they're loading us with fees.
- EEnrique Vallejo
Totally disorganized. Customer service nonexistent. No idea where any vehicle located. Not handicap friendly. You pull it yes ,IF you find it!
- JJoseph Phillips
They never answer the phone. And they the rudest place I've ever been to .if your employees are having a bad day tell them to kind it at home .you lost my business and im always looking for parts since I repair car everyday
- IIsrael Monsivaiz
Worst place to ever go I have no idea how this place started up but frist of all what's the point of having phone number when no one ever answers stupid second why do we have to pay to go inside the place and nothing organized we have to walk all around just to look for the car if I can I would rate the store 0 starts worst place dont go or waste ur time
