    This place is DA BOMB Staff is super helpful...hard working patriotic Americans. Bless you and your business. I will come back for everything I need. Got a great deal, fixed my ride, and learned a bunch Keep an eye out for their radios rack out front. BARGAINS for $15 ea They also have a "U-Pick" area. Where you take your own parts out. DA BOMB! :)

    Zero stars. Paid for a simple, easy to remove part over phone on WEDNESDAY, told it would be ready for pickup by FRIDAY, call Friday morning to be told, by a lazy, rude employee it would hopefully be after lunch.. after entire weekend we call Monday morning to be told the part is there and can come pick it up.. and after an hour drive, with a small child & elderly grandfather, told the part couldn't be found after previously calling to assure it was ready, but lied to by said lazy employee. After being given the run around for an hour, finally have to demand a refund which we were then told it HAD to be refunded to the card it was purchased with via debit (NOT credit).. when it was asked to be refunded as cash. Now having to wait 2-3 business days for my refund, that has yet to show as pending on account, even though they received their money IMMEDIATELY for a part they probably NEVER EVEN HAD due to the lack of someone simply doing THEIR JOB to start with. This place has security walking around, I'm sure, due to SO MANY ALTERCATIONS CAUSED BY THE MANNER THEY DO BUSINESS. sign on wall even states to take ALL ISSUES to DANNY STRICKLAND, who I almost feel bad for having to deal with the repercussions of other people's actions, or lack of. Overall total JOKE.

    I give 5 stars for the customer service. Very courteous and easy to work with. It wasn’t easy to find the spare tire that I was looking for but when I found it, I got the assistance needed quickly. The spare tire was located underneath the vehicle and it could not be lowered without opening the hatchback to access the mechanism and it was a bush button that would not work without battery power and the battery was removed. Within minutes of letting someone know, there was a gentleman bringing a car around with jumper cables to assist and got it open. If you don’t live in Spring Lake but work on Fort Bragg, it’s a very short drive from post if you have an opportunity to get away from work to see if they have what you’re looking for.

    Spent a few hours pulling parts for my truck, found what I needed, checked out with very reasonable prices. Folks were friendly but apprehensive as they probably have to deal with lots of complainers or crooks. If your handy and need parts, stop on by and pull and pay. Can't speak for their other services

    Definitely do not recommend! After 4 months of Hearing “you’ll have your part this week” they “ordered” a new part for us. They ordered the part but refused to pay for it like they said they would. Worst part is the place they ordered the part from doesnt deliver to our business. Very dissatisfied

    I stopped off at this location one day just to see if they had some parts for an old van I was restoring. I was directed to the area where the vehicle was located and in a short time I started pulling parts with my own tools. Checked out with a very fair price and I was very happy with my first experience with this company. I will be returning soon. 👍

    The girls in the office were very professional and polite. Customer service was at it's best. Highly recommend Sping Lake Auto Center.

    Almost every part you could want. Prices are okay. About half of a new part price. One hiccup happened to me there. I went in at 9am and the cashier told me to come back at 12 and he'd have my part. I went back and the part wasn't there. He apologised and said come back the next day at 12 and the part would be in. I'll see tommorow when I go back if he's a man of his word.

    gentleman (salvage yard dept) at front counter with red hair was a subtle douche bag (best way I can describe him) during both interactions I had with him. He choose to say things in a condescending manner instead of being polite, courteous, and helpful like normal people who care about customer service do. I was always respectful during our interaction and wasn't sure why he was conducting himself that way.

    i literally just got off of the phone with a guy named David. i ended up hanging up on him after a few seconds. i just wanted to know if they had both side mirrors for my car. i told him the year, make, and model. i did not quite hear if he said hold or fold, so i asked him to repeat the question and he gave me such a rude answer. i have experienced poor customer service before but, wooow! this is the worst ever!!!!

    My husband was allowed to junk 2 cars in my name without my permission which was fine by me until he reported the check as lost and was issued a new one WITHOUT my permission. I did not call and give the ok, I did not report it as lost. I did not get a single phone call from them about it in 6 months to notify me of the situation. Danny the manager there says he called me he did not, 3 checks were given all in my name and I cashed only one! Danny swears up and down that I came in to the yard and I did not! I even called the scales lady before I cashed the one check and said that me and my husband were no longer together. So why did they issue a second check to him? Why did they not tell him to have me come in? I do not recommend this place, bad business ethics to give a check to just anybody. Needless to say i got stuck replacing the check that I did not get nor cash. He asked for my phone number which was on the scale lady's computer for what I can imagine the whole 6 months or so. So can someone tell me why I was not called about the issue? And why a check was issued in my name to someone other than me after I told them we were no longer together? Yet another question why was the 2nd check, that I did not request not stopped once they noticed the first one had been cashed?

    Good shop great people , had an engine swap done, had a minor problem with the steering due to a faulty pump within the hour they were able to replace the pump and had my car running like the first day I bought it. I'm a very satisfied customer

    I too feel I was a victim to these CROOKS!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE!!! PLEASE!!! I too got my motor repair and after spending 3500 the motor broke down a month after having it fixed. They claimed they fixed it (at my expense) but in the end I had to have another repair shop to tighten and put in all the screws (yeah they didn't even tighten the "new" motor down properly) to keep the motor from shorting out my starter and battery. Needless to say a year later the motor they put in IS BLOWN!!! I have to have it repaired again. I've wasted, time money, and my sanity. This is first ever review but it's really that bad. BOTTOM LINE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

    I like this place because it's the only salvage yard near Fayetteville that let you go out and pick your own part for no labor fee and the other salvage yards said $70 for a headlight when I could buy new one for $60 at advance auto and the reason why is because they charge a $50 labor fee but you can actually go out and pick your own part at this place so the labor fee will get waived in they'll just charge you for the part good stuff

    This place lies,,, twice they lied to me about that Lincoln town car in the back., I wasted time and money and gas they need to keep better records of what cars you crush I'm never coming back again

    Fixed the motor for our car window but took a week till he got the new motor in (we prepaid for it and it said he will have in the next day. It's been a month and the windows are working fine...

    They did have what I needed but it will take two to three weeks and I needed it now 2- 17 inch rims if anyone out there have two for sale holla back at me
