I drove 40min to get here for a part without damage. It had damage, and they agreed to take $50 off & then someone came out & said No he's not willing to discount the part. Guys upfront were great. the owner wasn't. I don't want cheaper parts I came to buy it for the listed price. I want honest people, I didn't know it was damaged until I got there. Wasted 2hrs of my life.

Scammers, un professional owner and the guys he have over the counter so un experienced sales men. Owner is so hard to deal with. He gets made for not buying from him and when you go back he higher the prices wants his money in advance even the he is an hour 30 mins away from me. Seems like they the only ppl that have parts globally. 👎👎👎👎

Today I learned that they only take engine and turbos back for the core charge within 30 days of purchase. Sure, I get that. I gave the purchase order to the owner of the new to them motor and missed that on the back. If they hadn't cut the oil return lines, causing us to wait for parts to be ordered in it would have been a little easier to return in time. If they also hadn't cut the coil pack harness, again, it would have saved more labor. After they told me no, I asked if they would take it back for free, just to get it out of my vehicle. They again said no. They've earned their one star. Excellent customer service, oh wait, no, that's piss poor service actually. Oh well, one of many used auto part junk yards around. I was preparing to buy an eco boost motor for another close to 2k, and a Toyota motor. I'd rather drive to Kentucky then buy another product from Town & Country.
