    Never scraped anything before in my entire life.Just on a random happenstance, I brought a ton of Romex wiring here because I figured there was so much, it was probably worth something from a house demo.Ended up bringing in 200lb of wiring and received about 135$.Definitely worth it. I was a dinner before and now I'm found. Will continue to scrap during demos forsure.

    Paid a fair price for various metals we'd accumulated while working on the house. I felt that they treated me well and didn't take advantage of the fact that I was a first time customer. Ended up with about $10, not a ton of money but definitely better than paying to take it to the dropoff center or putting it in the trash.

    Once I had 2 loads of stuff to get rid of. The first load cost me $55 at the Ann Arbor drop off station. The next load was aluminum patio chairs, so I figured what the heck, I'd try select metals. They told me to use one of the bins with rollers. So I put the 5 busted up chairs in the bin, and wheeled it in. It weighed in at 50lbs, and aluminum was $0.50/lb so I walked out of there with $25. Chachinge.If you have something made of metal you want to get rid of, drop it off there to make money.

    Fantastic place! All the guys working there are friendly and beyond helpful! They gave me a hand unloading everything from my vehicle, respectfully joked around, and provided a price breakdown to make sure I agreed with what everything was worth.
