They have always been fair with me. I go there with scrap metal all the time. I also have bought scrapped items from them on occasion, like a stairway and a pair of gates

I wasn't sure of how things would be since the take over but so far everything seems to be status Quo and the only thing I found that change is terminology as to the products they buy.. all questions asked were answered to help me understand the difference and the scales are right on the money

This was my first time there. Employees were friendly, and took the time to explain what to do. Very well run shop.

So unorganized today that I threw my ticket out and drive off My time is worth more than a ton of scrap This is not my typical experience with them, however new scale person C'mon. Seriously dump aa ton of heavy steel and couldn't stand the wait.

Very confusing to navigate took nearly 30min to figure out where to go. Staff was polite but gave awful directions or help with the process. In the end I regretted going. The time I spent was not worth the minimal they paid for my metal.

I want to say that Victor takes excellent customer service to a new level! He was great helping us with scrapping a car that we had that finally gave up on us. Not having the time or want to have to deal with the problem we had, he made the experience painless and quick. Not only was he great but this place is the best! Always great experiences anytime we go here.

Yesterday was a trying day....car died and had to be towed away. Marcy in the office was amazing on the phone and in person. Lisa in the office made the process easy for someone who didn't know what to do and Eric the Tow Truck Driver was beyond words! Helpful, caring, understanding and made this trying situation for me at least bearable. All three showed compassion to me and treated me as a friend, not just a customer.

Victor and Marcy were incredibly helpful and professional during the process of getting rid of our family car. We needed a quick transaction and they were the best in town. You won't be disappointed working with them.

Great place to get rid of same scrap metal and get $$$$

Yesterday I called to have a vehicle picked up to scrap. I was asked numerous questions about the car and let them know many parts are already missing. It was scheduled to be picked up the next day. The driver came to pick up the car and I followed him to the yard. Upon arrival he showed me where the outside office shed was. The lady inside came out and looked at the car and it looked like a heated one way conversation with the driver. Her hands were flying and ponytail a shaking no no no. Although i couldn't hear the conversation it wasn't pretty. Ponytail then approached me and it reminded me of a talk with a ex wife. She raised her voice letting me know THIS IS NOT A COMPLETE CAR. THIS CAR SHOULD HAVE NEVER BEEN TOWED HERE. THAT IS NOT A ENGINE IT'S A BLOCK !I WOULD NEVER HAD THIS TOWED HERE IT IS UNSAFE . YOU Will ONLY GET 7 DOLLARS A POUND ! I don't remember everything else she screamed at me but it was very unprofessional . I told her I don't know the rules I've never scraped a car before .The driver didn't have a problem with the car just said he didn't know he was picking up a shell. He was very professional and courteous. I really don't understand the treatment I received today as a customer.
