Excellent place for used parts. Prices are reasonable. I highly suggest trying to research the VIN #’s before heading down here. They normally do not post the exact info of the vehicle in stock. Since they started Video post of the vehicle in stocked, it might be difficult to know if they have the parts. Entry fee is $3.00, per person. I highly suggest showing up 30-45min. Before opening or you will not find a parking space.

This place is a rip-off. They wanted to charge me $60 for a used aux condenser fan from a 99 vehicle with over 200k miles 😅. I found the same part brand new on Amazon for $75 with a 5-year warranty. They also wanted $65 for a brake booster for the same vehicle, which I could find for $35 online. It's absolutely not worthy. I left all the parts there and walked away.

This place is great. It’s filled with vehicles that once sat on the showroom floor, shiny and new… now on their last leg before being turned into scrap. Bring your tools and a bottle of water. …leave your kid(s) at home, though. No one’s allowed in under 16; learned that one “the hard way.”

Got some parts for great prices! First time being there. Would have been nice if they had better security though, there was a shirtless man with a gun getting kicked out 20 minutes after I got in line

I spent a considerable amount of time trying to find some injector parts for a 04 E250 and a 05 Ranger. I did not find everything I was looking for, the autos were not well sorted, finding Chevy next to dodge near Toyota and Mazda. I did find a mirror for the Ranger after seeing the fifth one. Over $20 and it had the finish peeling but at least it was not cracked. Also found an oil fill cap for the Ford E250. It took me 3 hours. I spent $3 to get in and $36 dollars for just the glass on a side view mirror and oil cap. You have to buy a guarantee for the part, this is required and it ensures your mirror will not turn into a mud flap and your oil cap will not turn into tire. They would not allow me to take the broken part in with me to verify it was the same, Rangers have two trim levels for that year with different mirrors so an online purchasing is difficult. It's easier and cheaper to just buy it online.

If they have your car you can save money.

I looked up their prices on the website and went there pulled the part with tearing my hands up with sweat to find out at the register that the price was much higher . I tried showing them the price on the web they didn’t care

If there is a robbery it's here you pull out something used and abused and they still expect for you to pay full price went to put out headlights for a Toyota tundra charging $90 for one set of headlights when I could order on Amazon for $98 compared to buying it at this junkyard for $90 and something to use it's atrocious it's a robbery scam and the employees even worse

The prices seem to be a tad bit higher but times are changing and they have a website to save you the time of walking around looking when you can search before you go and hope no one beat you to it. Overall they are a blessing to have.

Odyssey didn't want to do their job and nobody wants to pick up the phone

Same model cars are not stored together, short on some models of cars. Didn't find the model car that I want to take parts from. I would advise you to check online before heading to that place . Online can be cheaper.

Very good place to find parts. Their website is very updated. To park is a real pain. It is always full , but other than that it is a good place.

Not worth it you pay more than you will in the parts store

Went for a part for my car and the car was so pulled apart and wasn’t even recognizable. I noticed a lot of the cars were really pulled apart and nothing was available. Also the place was a mud pit…I mean yeah it’s a junk yard but come on do something with the standing water. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time at this junk yard and go to a different one. I forgot to mention the guy was so rude at the front desk.

Has the worst customer care experience, Today I tried calling u-pull it an the automated system doesn't not give you any information about pricing an parts they direct you to the website. But the website doesn't even work you can find your part can't find a store an the pop up ads are just everywhere on the screen you can't even fill out any information in the website this company is has no idea what customer service is!

Update: Last time I went in they charged me for extended warranty, on most of my items, without asking! Added an extra $40 to my bill and I didn't notice until I got outside! Luckily I noticed before leaving so I went in and complained and they did give me my money back. When I questioned the cashier about it he said "I just do what they tell me to do.". Seems that the boss is trying to pull a fast one on unsuspecting customers. Very disappointed! Great selection of vehicles from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. You'll even see some older, harder to find vehicles, here and there. Finding the vehicle you want is really simple and convenient now too with the LKQ app. The app shows you pics of the vehicle and what row and spot, in the row, it's in. You can also use the website or the computers at the yard, if you can't get the app. As far as the bad, Some vehicles get stripped quickly, unfortunately, and there are some parts you'll never find because resellers will grab them as soon as the vehicle is brought in the yard and set on the floor. Weekends are a nightmare here; it gets packed. Even in the morning on weekdays you can't find parking. You have to wait until someone leaves and then there are 8 other cars driving around, waiting to snatch a spot. They need to knock down their wall and increase their parking lot area cause it's way too small. The lines aren't even long on the week days but the parking lot makes it look packed. Prices are typically very good but it depends on who's ringing you up, as it seems some cashiers will charge you the higher tier price for your part and others the lower tier(some parts have different prices, depending on the size or features of the part). Fortunately, you can check the price list yourself and get an idea of what you should be paying. The staff has been ok, overall, in my experience. They're not particularly friendly but if they're not rude then I don't really care. A few years ago I did have a guy give me a hard time and refused to take my two dollar admission(back when it was $2, it's $3 now) because I tried to give him change instead of bills. It was ridiculous, money is money and it wasn't like it was 200 pennies, it was quarters. I don't expect every experience to be perfect or for every employee to be intelligent, so I don't hold it against them. I've gotten many great deals and good parts here over the years and I'll continue to come back for more!

They actually let me get my part and all I had to pay was three bucks to get in and the parts was cheap
- oosmar Aguirre
Terrible service , this place has gone downhill fast ,ridiculous prices ,
- DDon Griffin
Good prices but the counter people are kind of rude
- cchitoman011
Their Website will tell you one price, but after YOU PULL IT they charge you Four times more! Waste of Time Money and Energy!
- JJunie J
No managers on duty, the rude staff think they own the place. It's a big racket over there. 3.00 entrance fee? Parts are expensive and they do not sell airbags. Really bad place to visit. Maybe if the staff was more customer service oriented then it might have make a difference.
- SSkip Lakey
This is one of my favorite places, I come for all my auto needs , the parts are factory oem parts they have a huge selection of vehicles, foreign and domestic, make sure you bring all the correct tools, or there are people who.will pull the parts for you as long as you pay, them the only down side is the parking sucks, you have have to play the parking lot game, one game I hate
- SS LeBen
HORRIBLY overpriced. You spend hours navigating a nasty, barely organized lot, get ravaged by mosquitoes, sneakers soaked in deep puddles of standing water and pull your own parts in the sweltering sun to go to check out and they give you a price that's barely $10 cheaper THAN BUYING BRAND NEW PARTS ONLINE. DO NOT GO HERE. M&L WAS WAY BETTER. Go to the West Palm location or buy your parts online for a few dollars more.

- JJoes Moise
