The reorganization is a bit wild, but we were used to the old way. Probably should work on labeling the aisles though. The price increase should be updated on the signs. Especially for those of us who have been coming for a while and always brought cash for entry. Not like you need it anyways, given the serious price gouging that seems to be happening now. We should have just bought a new part online for $20 more

Rented a u haul, was an hour late returning it.(past closing) Told they could not get a hold of me. Card was charged for $665.00 the maximum amount. Told this was standard procedure called corporate never heard back .Was refunded the money .. but it took 7 days. Not worth it. I would suggest budget .

I used to go there for parts but haven't for awhile because their inventory in late model year has gone down but the good thing is the price haven't changed unlike their competitors, it's worth four stars in cost category.Update on this website and pricing.Price gone up little bit and this website is very difficult and very stupid to me personally, whomever designed it needs to rethink and rewrite it, I believe you guys watching too much SciFi episodes totally irrelevant.What happened with a simple search? Too much drama for a salvage business

The only thing I don't like about pulling pain is the fact you pay to get in and they don't have your part and that's after you've called in advance to make sure you're not least in your time

Very friendly and helpful staff pricing is 3.00 to enter and they give you a list of matching vehicles with locations on the yard. Will be coming back once they have other parts I need

Extremely rude customer service department. Website doesn't work for the part I need says not available yet they have it not a part they wouldn't if they have any vehicle. And they don't have a way to give a price over the phone. Incompetent people and service. Would suggest going to lkq on 32nd and peoria
