I love this place! This is the kind of review you WANT to post! While the staff has almost always been polite for the past 14+ years I have been coming here, the newst guys are REALLY stellar & their generosity really touched me this last time! I came here October 2025 after BOTH of my cars were robbed. Each had 2 windows PLUS the rear window bashed to bits. We were blessed to find the RARE 2005 Toyota 4Runner, and I needed a TON of replacement parts, including new emergency charging cables and more. When the checkout guys heard what happened to me, they generously gave me the deal of a lifetime for everything rather than charge me way more for each & every part. Their hearts were so big! All I could do was thank them & promise to post a review. We - my husband PULLs & I cover all PAYments - are back today, Saturday, Jan 10, 2026 hoping to find parts for my poor Nissan Rogue. Unfortunately, the newly listed 2014 car has an automatic liftgate hatchback instead of the one with the remote sensor unlocking mechanism I need, but the staff made it worth the hunt! They gave me the prices of the large parts I was seeking in advance as I checked in based on variables like removing the lights & interior panel. Plus they remained polite & helpful as ever while I dashed in & out to check some dimensions & specs. Those alone warrant 5 stars. I would give them 5+++ if they would post picks or a quick video of each vehicle from all 4 sides, so you know in advance whether it is worth the long drive out from Golden to get here. While we all know parts get lifted & may be gone before you arrive, it still would help IMMENSELY. At least I found a good car jack & manual to replace the ones stolen from my vehicle to prevent a total loss. Much mahalo & aloha nui loa to the staff here at U-Pull-N-Pay Aurora for their kindness, help & professional manner toward me. These folks are Boss! The parts computer system is up-to-date, the yard is super organized and safe as well. The counter crew knows everything and as a bonus, they help you with a smile and sense of humor....the true definition of 'wise guys'. We went back home and made a list of our 2 other, older vehicles and came back to salvage parts for them as well!
