Lady at the front counter refused to send me pictures of a part refuse to have someone go check to make sure that it wasn't dented assured me that it wasn't dented has the part listed on car-part as undamaged had me drive over an hour to get here for the door to be completely worthless. Waste of time and gas will never shop here again. Unbelievable. Don't trust them if they say the part is in good condition.

Terrible experience here. The guys on the yard were helpful but Christine at the front desk blatantly lied to me. I asked to confirm a vehicle was available on the premises and confirmed what part I needed for a specific model. She did not bother to check but told me yes. I drove three hours to pick up the part only to arrive and find out the vehicle was not the model I was searching for or the one she confirmed she had. Ten minutes of effort from Christine could have saved me a six hour drive and a tank of gas. Do your due diligence and go to a different auto parts lot. By the way, not even so much as an apology from Christine..

I been there about 6 times, the first time i bought a pair of seats for reasonable price. the other 3 could not find what i was looking for, now the last 2 time i was very surprise with the unrealistic prices. $150 for pair of fenders ( $75 new on eBay ), then when asked for a set of rims ( no tires ) they wanted $225. Small plastic trim $40 - $50 regardless of the condition. Very unorganized, stuff all over the place. I recommend JB yard right to this one.

Stay far away from this place. I don't understand how this establishment is still in business. I believe in order to operate a good efficient business communication is key. I talked to Christine about a part that should have been delivered the SAME day. Instead of communicating with me that she was unable too, she strung me along for 4 days. After all the hassle then they tell me the rim is no longer available.

Christine and the team at Unlimited were awesome today, I needed a front and rear bumper for a Nissan Xterra and they even helped me get some tough bolts off the sub bumper. I picked up a few other parts I didnt originally go to get and had no issues. The prices were definitely reasonable and fair and I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you!!

Extremely unpleasant and rude people; I was hung up on by the woman after I asked what kind of business has a no return policy for a part that doesn't fit. It was the very next day. I should have known by the way they run their lot, nothing but mud bogs everywhere and cars sunk in them. Never go there and you'll be better off.

I tried the rest, so don't waste your time come to the best. I was looking for a tailegate for my Ford Ranger, they had the largest selection I have seen around the central Florida region. Plus the customer service was awesome, Carmen is the MAN!!! Thanks guys for all your help. Truly service with a smile.

First couple of times I went there were great most of the employees were very friendly and helpful except for some lady working there very unfriendly and disrespectful. I paid $40 for a pair of taillights and a sensor with the owner once. I come in today trying to buy taillights and she tells me $50. I mentioned how I paid under $40 last time and she said I didn't do that and told me if I was smart maybe I should come in and ask for the price first when I had came in several times before and the prices have been the same. She was completely irrational with the prices considering the taillights were all moldy and dry rotting and I went thru a thorn bush and mosquitos to get to them and I Could get a new pair for $80 online. Then she tells me $20 for a 3 foot piece of plastic trim and when I looked it up it wasn't even worth $10 online.

Wow how do you stop a customer from pulling his parts after he paid telling him he owes him $100 more per part? I almost called the cops! I've dealt with yards for years this is a first time for me that I was told you can't pull it we sold them too cheap! The price was spot on for used parts I will never let my buddies or body shops I use use this yard ever again. Unbelievable what an out right attempt to rob a customer that paid a fair price! Very dishonest tactics!

These people are shadey, they will tell you a different story everytime you speak to them. They are cons, theives, they will steal your money and pretend they will give it back to you one day, they won't. The employees will pass your information to the owner Carmen, who won't return your phonecalls and just ignores you. They can't even tell you what color the parts are they have, we ordered white and they sent us blue. They promised they would send our $500 back when the recieved the parts, knowing they told the shippers they didn't want them back because they didn't want to pay for shipping. My $500 could have paid for shipping back.

Great service was easy, I called asked for the specific part I needed. Received the information I asked about easy quality customer service. I forgot my tools at home and asked if they could loan me tools they tried to help with what they could and ended getting the part with my own tools but will defiantly come back if I need parts.

Unlimited Auto Parts towed a 1996 Chrysler Town and Country van from Longwood to be disposed of. This was a month ago. The agreement with Carmine was to pay us $100.00 for the vehicle. Despite half a dozen messages left, no one will return my call. It's not much money, but I feel like I've been scammed. We are a non-profit trying to do the right thing for those in need, so we try to watch every dollar. I don't know if it's thievery or disorganization, I wish someone would contact us and make this right. ok, update...finally talked to Carmine; said the check must have gotten lost, as they had gotten a wrinkled envelope back in the mail, without the check. Said he would go right inside, get a new check out that day...guess what almost two weeks later...still no check! been six weeks since he picked up the vehicle...still no check! Bad way to business...

Needed a used tire happily let us pick from an assortment of similar sizes tires. And informed us after install that not only did they not have proper size but we had picked it so wasn't there fault and an hour long wait

I literally just got off the phone with these people and the guy was extremely rude i asked him if he sold used tires and if he had a size i stock. His answer i dont youll have to come and look.... well im sorry but not everyone has time to drive down there, thats why you have a phone. A word of advise before your business comes crashing down. BE RESPECTFUL TO THE PEOPLE WHO MAKE YOUR PAYCHECK POSSIBLE. Lost my business

I called these guys up looking for a trailer hitch receiver for my 15 Tacoma PreRunner. As soon as I told the man on the phone the year of my vehicle, he stated "Ehhh we dont have anything for something that new". Without even giving me a chance to tell him that its the same body style all the way down till 2005, he hung up. Extremely poor customer service, they will never get any business from me again.

Stay far away from this place was quoted price over phone I went and pulled part than when I got up to counter wanted to charge 3 times what was quoted. No thanks. Any place that does not have published price list stay far away from as they pull figures out of air to screw people over after you waste your time pulling part

Excellent place Just went this morning to get an alternator and the lady was very friendly and fair price for it I used to go to LKQ where you pay 3 dollars just to enter and you can go home without find what you're looking for besides the fact that the prices are outrageous Perhaps this place doesn't have a large inventory like LKQ but they know exactly what they have and they can give you an answer to every question you may have Totally recommended

Searched almost all of Central Florida’s junk yards and no one had the car I needed on their lot I guess lancers are hard to come by but they had 2 of them and even knew it had the parts I needed on it plus the color something you cant find out with lkq lady was very friendly and fair on prices with definitely be coming back this weekend for more parts
