    Worst experience. Called 1.5 hours ahead. Told me to wait when i got there. When they get to me they get to me, he said. Finally told me as I sat alone inside they didn't have the fender after being told they did , 3 hours before. Went to their competitor and paid half the price they were asking. They really need to update their inventory and take a few classes on customer service.

    Great prices !!! Professional staff they know there stuff . Wish they stayed open later during the week. Front desk person totally different vibe like business not wanted.

    I spent 700$ for 1 day job. He told me the bmw need 3 coats paint . They do 1 coat only. And missing part . Not event paint. Terrible.

    That place was a joke. We asked for a specific range of year models, said they had it but get there and they didn’t have the year model. Then they give u this janky map and send u on a scavenger hunt where ur tromping through mud and trying to squeeze through cars with overgrown weeds watching for rattlesnakes

    If I could give 0 stars I would. First I called for a part a fender for a 97 4Runner to be exact, and was quoted $35, and I confirmed this price twice before I drove from SA to get the part. Then I get there and pull the part which was hard enough cause they have the cars one foot apart from each other which makes no sense if you're having them for pulling parts. Could barely open the door to get the fender, but I got it. When I go to pay for the fender then it's $75, I told them the price I was quoted and they talked to someone in the back and they said it was still $75. I paid it because I wasn't going home empty handed after driving an hour and a half and wasting my time getting the fender.

    Every time I've called them for parts. They had them or put you in direct contact with another business that does have them. Get used parts or pay extremely high prices at the dealer. You hi to dealer. And your the reason they keep going up

    These guys are great. Same day pick and pull, very knowledgeable about my car and a great price. I got my new window installed in one day right before the rain started. Champs!

    This place is amazing!!! Was having trouble finding a place to get a starter on such short notice and this place asked their workers if anyone was willing to stay a little later on my behalf one certain employee did and I am so grateful for that and him. They pulled the part and tested it as well so hopefully everything else just goes as great as this process was for me. Thanks again to ur employee who sacrificed a little more time for me. I felt the concern and care that you'd want from a company. Many blessings and give that guy a raise!!!! 😁😁💸💰

    If I could Rate it 1 Star i would , Most of these Parts that are from here do not work , they are very sketchy. I came for a radiator and the next day came back because it wasn't working. They said there was nothing they can do withought my receipt paper. Very bad Customer service and will never do business here again. save your self Some time and Money and Go to Wrench a part

    Fast and friendly. They accidentally removed the wrong part initially (which was ready when I arrived) but were quick about getting the correct part for me. I had a pleasant conversation with Juan and one of the mechanics while I was waiting. The price was also fair. Only $40 for my rear tail light assembly when it would've been close to $100 anywhere else. Also, I didnt have yo remove the part myself. They do that for you and bring it to you. I would definitely recommend them to any of my friends looking for a car part and will come back in the future should I need any more myself! :)

    i needed a fuse box for my car, gave them the VIN for my car and i was still sold the wrong fuse box. i understand there is a return policy in place, but i thought there’d be a little more grace since it was their bad and i was unable to get my car worked on until after the return policy had expired. spent twice as much as i would’ve at a pick-n-pull place and still had to go to one to get the right part for my car. besides that, my initial experience was good, the employees were polite and helpful. just wish there was more accommodation for circumstances like this since they gave me the wrong thing.

    Went there to get some parts off of an older vehicle. I brought tools and despite not being a self-service yard they let me pull the parts myself since they were so easy to damage. Great prices, got over 12 pieces of trim for $50. Yard's a bit muddy but it's not intended to be walked around in. The junkyard dogs were extremely friendly and hung around but never caused any trouble.

    I called to see if they have a transmission for my pickup and they said they were going outside to look and would call me back still waiting for them to call, been 4 days how big is this stupid dump? THIS PLACE SUCKS.

    i am pleased with the service i got the right part but it wasn't for the right model since they were 2 differents model that year. On my ford focus. Mr Juan made sure i had the right part for my car, the next day. he is really professional and take good care of the costumers. It's the right place to shop if you need any type of parts for you car.

    I’m updating my review. Initially I did not have a good experience here and left angry. But the next business day Mr Vic Sr reached out to meet, accessed the situation and apologized for the actions of his employees. I’m good with that. Everybody makes mistakes and in the end I will be receiving my core deposit back and they will receive their motor so it’s a win win. I will be giving them another chance in the future

    Called a day before to check if they had 2 parts, man said he would call me back once he checked if he did. One hour passed and I had to call back, he confirmed he had them both. Drove one hour to his junk yard, got charged, waited 1.5 hrs for the parts to be "taken apart" just to find out he really never had them. Man refunded the money and did not even apologize. Terrible service.

    Absolutley furious. Shop elsewhere!! I was told that they had a transmission for my truck and got a different transmission when I got there. They said it will bolt up. Got it home and it was toast. Took it back and got another transmission not like my original. Got it bolted it and the transfer case wouldn't bolt up. Took the trans back out and swapped it for one that they said was correct and it wasn't. He gave me some gas money for my troubles and told me he would have a driver meet me halfway because it was a 216 mile round trip. He didn't have a driver and I had to return a fifth time to get my original trans back and get the money refunded. If they can't tell the difference between one year simple Chevy 4L60E trans and another, you don't need to shop there. He said I was putting him out by asking for someone to meet me halfway. Yeah because I was only out $15 in till fees, over $100 in fuel and 20 hours driving back and forth!!

    Nice guys. I needed a transmission that was buried off in the back of the warehouse and they took the time cause I was there and worked thru the logistical nightmare to get it out and carry it by hand.. thank you for going above and beyond the call of duty.. saved me a trip back and made me glad I asked and was persistent..

    For me it is the worst place I could have been. They do not give guarantee on the parts, they only give more parts the same or in worse conditions. I lost time and money, I returned the same parts twice. the one that dispatches in front is rude and I paid less to rebuild the engine heads elsewhere than buying ahy and without warranty

    Gave me 2 different prices for the same headlamp on 2 different occasions. When I asked why they wanted $300 for a headlamp on a 17 year old car, he told me that's what they're going for online. I KNOW HOW MUCH THEY ARE ONLINE, THATS WHY IM AT A JUNK YARD! unreal.

    I asked for a starter, they made me wait over an hour just to tell me they couldn't get the trunk of the car open where the starter is located and blew me off.
