We had a new windshield put on our truck. That part went fine, but they completely mangled the chrome trim part around it in the process. They said they'd order a new one and it'd take about two weeks. That was two months ago . I don't think I'm getting new chrome. I wish I had taken photos before I had them touch it. This used to be a good place to go, but something has changed - customer service is terrible.

NOT Professional service ,walked in and was greeted nice yes , but scheduled an appointment for something went to my appointment and they said two hour wait! Dude I have kids why wasn't this discussed upon when I paid ?????

Great place to find reliable used car parts and blemish batteries at a great price. Andy and his team are very knowledgeable about what parts you need and where to find them. If they for some reason do not have the parts you need he has a 3rd party distribution warehouse that will have the parts you need at a great price. The team is always pleasant to deal with and truly cares about the customer. Customer service is great and I will definitely be going here for all my car parts.

Replaced windshield, worked great! Great price! Until a passenger bounced their nugget off of it less than 6 months later and cracked it again 🤣 AND the rearview, so now both are broken..

Never had a bad experience in the 15+ years dealing with them! Years ago I found a center console for my 73 chevelle( which Is nearly impossible to find let alone reasonably priced), most recently I was able to find heater vents for my 01 grand and an ignition switch retaining ring for my 65 Cadillac. They still have a nice 73 chevelle quarter panel I may be interested in getting just to hang on to! Tons of older cars and everything I've ever bought was exceptionally priced!

Everyone there was so kind and friendly and helpful! They didn't waste my time or talk to me any other way than as a friend. I am happy with the deal we made as it was very fair. I will definitely be back to see them again if I need to junk another car or if I need to find a good price on a car part.

Always helpful, if they don't have the part available they search the statewide database to try to find any available for you, have been going there for years and have gotten tons of parts. They even sell windshields and install as well, and often good quality parts considering they are used. I definitely recommend.

These guys are great and they are covid19 compliant, so bring your own water. I picked up (actually I was dragging it back) a single leaf spring and the one guy hauled it back for me and helped me load it into my truck. That place is huge, so bring a wagon or wheel barrow. You should be able to find what you need for vehicle.
