I had to give only three stars because of the treatment I received from an employee that works down in the cardboard section of the facility. The man appears to like to disrespect and insult the customer which he did to me for no reason. Bill Brown is usually the person that helps use in the past but unfortunately they hired this new guy. People that work at the garbage section for the most part are respectful and helpful.
