I purchased an ATV battery from a NAPA dealer a few hours away (which it was the wrong size). I recently moved to the area so I found the NAPA near me in Orange,VA. They informed me they would not accept the battery for a return. The guy who helped me said he had to talk to his boss and came back with same answer. I asked to speak to his boss and was declined. As a customer using NAPA for things I have needed in the past I clearly wasnt respected enough to even talk to the boss/owner. It doesnt take long when you move to a place to learn who has a respectful and customer friendly business. This is clearly not the place to go for help. Apparently NAPA isnt NAPA in Orange,VA.

Sold me the wrong battery. I let them know it was not the correct battery. The sales person indicated, that the last 8 digits of our VIN # was the deciding factor. That was not so.

I had a pretty simple fix and Dynum found some screws I dropped by my battery and solved my problem. Thanks bro!
