I was traveling from NC to Anchorage and when I stopped at Tok my car decided it wanted to breakdown. I called every towing company I could and not a single one was willing to do the job. I called Glennallen Towing and spoke with Charlie who was super friendly and got me over to Catherine. She ran me the quote and even made some suggestions to help me save money but I was on a time crunch so it was urgent. She got the truck and driver out immediately. About 2.5 hours later Dave showed up, easily the nicest and most helpful person ive met on this journey so far! He acted as a tour guide during our 7 hour drive, gave me tips and tricks for being in Alaska and got me to Anchorage in one piece. I am extremely grateful for everyone at Glennallen for helping me. Although it was expensive, I'll say it was worth the money for the experience they provided. Hopefully I wont need to use them again, but if I do, there is only one place Im calling. Super fast help, and was a great experience for a bad day. Was broke down and unable to change a tire near Chitina by the Mccarthy road, in the rain, on the Sunday night before Labor day. Jared (?) was so reassuring and great to talk to on the long drive. So very thankful for their help.

Pulling a camper my truck broke down about 70 miles north of town. Frustrated with my insurance I called Glennallen Towing directly and got quick service and straight answers. Truck arrived within 15 minutes of the scheduled time with text updates letting me know the status of the truck. Driver (Dave) was exceptionally friendly and courteous to my family. The truck pulled my truck, camper, and had six seatbelts so all of us could ride into town! Price ended up being about $50 less than what I was quoted originally with the initial request. I hope I don't have to use you guys again, but if I find myself in a tight spot I know who I'm reaching out to!
