I can’t say enough great things about Ewa Beach Auto Repair! I go there for all of my repairs and always get my safety check done there — they have consistently earned my trust. Fred helped me during my most recent visit, and he was outstanding. He took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way that was clear and honest, which I really appreciated. You can tell the team is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Everyone there is so nice, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. On top of that, their prices are very, very reasonable — especially for the high level of service you receive. It’s rare to find an auto shop that combines professionalism, transparency, and great customer care the way they do. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy place for repairs or safety checks in Ewa Beach, I highly recommend them. Fred and the whole team are fantastic!

Unfortunately, we were completely overcharged. We brought in our car for an oil change and tire rotation, but then would not rotate the tires due to two of them needing to be replaced soon. We go to pay and find out that we still were charged 170 dollars even though they did not do half of the services. This is the second time we have been here and while the first time was okay, this seems like poor customer service. EDIT: Is it really professional to be trash taking a customer for writing an honest review? Ifyou just did an oil change, we shouldn’t have been charged for the whole package and we should have just been charged for an oil change.

Awesome experience. Brought in a car that waa flooded and making odd sounds. I was expecting the worst outcome but their techs found that it was the belt tensioner causing the noise. Huge relief for me and honest work when they could’ve billed for much more. It’s great to have an honest shop in Ewa Beach!
