Phenomenal - friendly, honest, and skilled motor technicians. Every time I've brought a vehicle here they have excelled - keeping us informed of progress, flexible in pickup and drop off times, quality of work done. They are very familiar with vehicle maintenance and provide advice and suggestions without being pushy - it really feels like they always have you and your vehicle in mind. We have trusted them for routine maintenance, new tires, A/C work, transfer gearbox and transmission, and ABS/brakes. Even tire patching and replacement on EVs! Superb.

My parents love them and I understand why! I was visiting from out of town and Bridgewater Motorworks accommodated me for a last-minute oil change/maintenance appointment. I was impressed by their honesty - I was told that since they were able to get the work done quicker than expected, I’d be charged less than the estimate. They even replaced my key fob battery!
