They sold me a rear differential for my truck, after I got it installed a week later I found it's making noise.. they offer no warranty & No refund, however told me their friend is good at working on them, but would check and see if they had another to exchange ot with & never returned the call.. As a business owner myself I feel they have bad business ethics & I'd advise to take your business elsewhere!

The owners, Rusty and Patty, are really good, honest people. One time I accidentally put some higher priced scrap in the lower priced bin. They let me know about it and put it in with the higher price scrap. I would have never known but they didn’t take advantage of me. Also, Pettit’s Usually pays the highest in scrap prices. We used to live close by but moved and now we’re closer to SAP. However, I still make the trip to them because of the honesty and helpfulness of everyone there. I’m Usually in and out in under 15 minutes.
