I've been to a lot of NAPA stores in my days, but this was above and beyond the best experience I've had. My car broke down just outside of Ashland, OR; I was able to get it to Yreka. The guys here were super efficient about getting me the part I needed, and super kind. Great customer service. They even loaned me some tools so I was able to fix what needed fixing and get back on the road. Highly recommended.

On 9/26/23 I needed a specific battery for my RV as it had died. Don at Napa Auto Parts on Main Street, Yreka, SAVED me! I was at a rest stop and he gave me clear directions to find Napa in Yreka. He assured me he had the battery I needed and would handle everything. When I arrived an hour later he quickly provided me with the parts and assistance that I needed. He is my hero.
