Customer reviews of Jerry's Auto Salvage in Archbold, OH
4.2 stars based on 26 reviews- NNicole Mastin
Very nice owner, took the mirror off for me and showed me what I need to do. He is also on the hunt for others parts for me.

Was in a bad accident and had car towed after totaling my car. The next day went to get personal things out of the car including work cloths and legal documents. I had to get the law involved because they wouldn't let me get into my own vehicle! They tried to be pushy and all around terrible business behavior. Made a bad situation worse I would never ever use them for anything. Worst service I've ever seen in my life

We bought a vehichle from them and 3 wks later it had over $2000 in needed repairs. He promised to help pay for the repairs but we never saw it
