Crooks... shady, unprofessional, I’d use other choice words but I’ll keep it civil. Run down facility doesn’t have a public scale for the customer to see so... yea... you get screwed and god forbid you have any dirt in your load. I took a load of fridges in and got $55 then took in a load of car frames “on the same trailer” 2 hours later and was told the load was only worth $20 bc it had dirt in it... she literally gave me $20 for a load that had to weigh 3 times what the first load weighed.
