Was told they would purchase my vehicle for $750 after specifically telling them the transmission was shot, VIA TEXT. I was even asked to provide a video of the engine running in which I did. Upon Southern arriving at my home to retrieve my vehicle, they suddenly changed the offer to $450 citing that they thought the motor was shot.<br><br>Now what sense does it make that they thought the engine was shot when in the same text thread they watched a video of the motor running perfectly fine? Sounds like an attempt to pay less and that I would agree out of pressure. Don’t do business with these shady guys.<br><br>Ended up calling Pickers 5 min after and got $100 more.

Phenomenal service, every single visit. In my experience, SA strives for integrity. They will always opt for the option most *mutually beneficial*. This is what the business/brand is built on. I believe SA is the best in East Texas. They will save you time, money and sanity. Joe and the entire staff are warm, professional, and knowledgable. The garage is super clean and welcoming. They also have all the bells and whistles (lock box, digital estimate, ect) to make your service as smooth and efficient as possible.

Their slogan of 'why buy new when used will do' definitely rings through at Southern Auto Parts.<br><br>From the highway, the complex looks rather unassuming - but you can't believe just how much inventory there is out of view, and if you're looking for something, I bet they have it!<br><br>And they work with other local shops, so if they happen to not have it, they can get it in a jiffy!<br><br>Conveniently located off the E Loop 281 and East Marshall in Longview.
