This was a really unpleasant experience dealing with this place. I found thar my part was available at the used parts website and called. Attitude of the owner was mean. He said that business hours were listed online but when I called a few times to confirm he gave me different closure time and days off not listed on the internet. He confirmed that they didn't post pictures of parts and when I finally drove an hour to pick up the the fender, the paint was all peeled in multiple placescand almost rusty under. What a waste of gas and my time!!!!! Ask for picture before coming!

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Guy is very nasty on the phone And he price gouges everything I called him for a part, and the part was more money than what it cost in the dealer The guy immediately hung up the phone unprofessionally I'll take my business somewhere else

THE BEST! I can not say enough about Joe and 18 Auto Parts! Joe had exactly the part we needed and ended a 2 month long search. Friendly and affordable! Part arrived fast and was exactly as show in the photos. Definitely will be using them again! Rachel H. Sears Superb Auto Sales of Corbin, Ky.
