I picked up a vehicle today that I just purchased yesterday. After wiring the money to my broker buyer and them wiring money to the auction today I was able to schedule an appointment and pick up vehicle today. I called them twice and they explained the scheduling appointment process. I was able to schedule an appointment and pickup vehicle 2 hours later. I arrived 30 minutes early and they had my vehicle loaded within 30 minutes. The loader guy was very positive in attitude and the lady behind the counter was very helpful to me, even on the phone. She helped me through the process. I’m sure they are very busy and get frustrated at times but they def lowered my stress level of picking up a salvage vehicle in a timely fashion. Thank you

They have to fix this mud. I come here since last 10 years probably. It’s always muddy. Always. It made my new truck muddy. And my customer was mad.

Great service! Totaled my car hitting a deer and went there to release the title and pick up some personal belongings. The paperwork was straightforward, friendly people guided me to my car, helped me access it, and I was happy to find everything inside including a missing watch. They notified the insurance agency promptly and the claim was settled next day. Recommended!
