I was looking for a taillight, the first one they showed me was different, and one of the guys went and took apart the ones I needed from 3 other cars and showed me which one was correct. In no other business of this type they don't try to help you in that way. .. good customer service and excellent prices… Or was I missing it, the best thing is that they are OEM parts and not aftermarket

100+ outside with a 5 month old baby and they wanted $50 for a small switch for my AC fan.I asked them to please reconsider the price because I couldn't afford their price which is extremely Too high. But because it's so hot they assume people will pay whatever to have their AC working. All I can say is I hope their kids don't have to go one day in this heat. Oh and they are extremely rude and yelled at me

Poor customer service. Called to ask about a part they may have. Because they put on Facebook pics of the car. They told me they have to check and call me back. 3 hours later no call back. So I called them and they told me that the car they had didn’t offer that part. But the pic of the car they listed did indeed have that part. Don’t trust them or waste your time asking them if they have the part. Better going somewheres else. There too lazy to even check.
