Carried some copper the guy tries to tell me it's aluminum. So after that trip I wouldn't advise anyone to sell their copper to them but the "lot of scrap" side paid pretty well

I was by there today. They are very friendly and ready to help their suppliers. It is so So So so much better since this group took over. And it goes smoothly since it's the same girl that worked there before, in the office. She knows what she's doing. I love the guy out in the yard. He knows what he's doing too. (He even let me know that some stuff that I had was white brass the last time I was there). He scored points right then and there with me. The guy on the inside that takes the cans is quit but does his job quickly also. I noticed , after I got home, that they forgot to pay me for my brass yet I will still rate them the highest you can and more. A five plus for each one that works there and as a whole. Go check them out. Their prices are competitive with the surrounding areas and their attitudes win my vote. If you ever went to this building with a previous owner and felt you got ripped off, you probably did get ripped off. I know I did. Don't let that stop you from going back. I really feel that the new owner is honest, competitive with the market and he cares about the suppliers. Give them a chance and you'll see for yourself..

Both Dale's Recycling and Jet Core And Metals are the same place now. My review works for either place. If you notice they both have the same address listed here. So whatever they wanna call themselves. Dishonest Scales!!! You have to drive over the scale everytime you weigh something. You have cans you drive over it, they take them, then you drive over it again. You have to do this for each different scrap you have. That's pretty annoying in itself but me and my brother were screwed out of over 70 pounds of cans. I weighed them before I took them there. I weighed them at around 213 pounds give or take a few pounds but was shocked when it only said I got 140 pounds according to their scales. We were hoping to get extra money here. Where I live they are only 35 cents a pound for cans but here they are 50 cents a pound but what's the point if they just screw you over anyway. Also they only had 1 dollar bills to pay us in. Seriously...
