I don't come in here very often however when I do I am met at the door with a hello welcome to McCoy's. Someone will usually ask if they could be of assistance and, of course not being much of a handyman, I will say yes do you have such and such? Then I will be taken to wherever such and such is located Chit-chatting along the way. Great people and great service. Love it. I feel like my business is really appreciated, like I'm a welcome family member. Como De La Familia.

They moved everything in the store,and had trouble finding everything. Had to buy semi gloss paint because they were out of flat exterior paint. Lots of empty shelves. Do yourself a favor and just drive a little farther to Lowes.

Lots of helpful items. But the employees not so much. I didn't even get a greeting at the door much less have one single employee offer to assist me with anything. Even though I kept turning in a circle in the middle of the store looking at the aisle labels to try and find what I was looking for. Also there is no pamphlets for the counters or cabinets that can be installed. So I couldn't even take that home to discuss with the fam. Weird. I kinda expect that behavior from lowes and home depot, I guess I expected more from mccoy's.
