Fast and reliable. I called at 8:11 am in the morning and a real person answered the phone and quoted me on the spot. They sent someone out who completed the proper DMV forms and I was paid what I was quoted on phone. They took approximately an hour to get to my location and the whole transaction took approx. 1 hour and 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company!

Weak Customer Service and Poor Communication. I received poor details on a quotation. I was told Japanese vehicles are purchased for more than German vehicles, which to me is crap. Since this company had false advertised about paying "top dollar" for any vehicle and is willing to give me $200 for a 2001 Audi A4 Quattro then I'm expecting more poor reviews or maybe a lawsuit down the line for this company. They need to do better with their advertisement and be more specific to what make and model will be paid top dollar for.
