We have a contract with this towing company, yet they refused to tow an unauthorized vehicle from our community. On top of that, when one of our board members called to follow up, they hung up the phone. Completely unprofessional and unreliable service. Awful experience - we would not recommend them to any community looking for a dependable towing provider

This is the worst towing place ever. When I had my car accident, that was literally down the street from my house they refused to drop my car at home. Then they began to charge me 80+ a day as it sat. I got notification from my car that they entered it 16 times. I called in the morning asking why when a lady insisted that I get my car fixed there. I said that I would but after reading the reviews and noticing that they moved my car another 16 times. The insurance company allowed me to get it fixed my the dealer.<br>By then they zip tied my bummer and never told me. I found out by another towing company. They wouldn’t let me take my car until I paid the $500 +. The lady behind the counters was so rude she stated slamming the phone and after she got my keys she slammed them on the counter. I would never recommend them to anyone . They are the first one to come after an accident but you’re better off waiting because they will make you pay Literally, and once your car is there they own it in their mind. My brand new car had mud and dirt all over the seats, the dashboard and the carpet.

10/10 do NOT recommend!! My car was towed here after an accident where i was not at fault. I spoke with them on the phone about possibly having them scrap it but changed my mind after given a lowball offer. I went in a day or two later because my children’s belongings and some other things i needed were in the vehicle and i was still waiting to hear from the other drivers insurance company. They tried to tell me i was not allowed to go get my personal property out of my vehicle. After getting nothing but nastiness i was finally able to go back. That’s when my fiancé had words exchanged with the guy staring us down while we were getting our things. I went back later that day to have another tow truck take it off their lot because i was tired of how i was being treated. A different lady this time with a whole new attitude before i even got any words out. She also tried to accuse me of taking the key to the vehicle the first time i was there. As i paid the bill so i could remove it from their lot i asked for a copy of the receipt so i could forward it to the insurance company for a reimbursement. She refused to make a copy and told me “ink is too expensive”
