Ist time trying to go on a jeep trail and my husband got us stuck in the mud. Thankfully we were not very far into the area and they were able to pull us out.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My truck was towed to their storage lot after an accident and they had the keys. When I went to get my belongings a few days later I immediately noticed fishing gear missing from the bed. I asked where my possessions were and they exclaimed they do not touch possessions or enter the vehicle - Today I was going through my box of items i removed from the truck and discovered they also stole the 6AH 20V batteries off my power tools. Left the tools but the batteries are gone. Missing several hundred dollars worth of my belongings.....absolutely insane.

This place will bend you over the table and cuss you out if you disagree with what they call “a fair price”. Devon, manager, said he can charge whatever he wants and he does not care what the customer says. He is rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and don’t give a crap about the person that needed a tow except exploiting them. I don’t recommend them at all. should have called a different tow company but was in a hurry and they sounded sincere but how the things changed. Extra fees and nothing could be done after the fact. Devin is not a nice person to do business with‼
