Its a good Copart. But my only issue is the forklift drivers are very slow. I was the only driver inside and it took the driver over 45 minutes to load me up. They have to get faster and more efficient forklift drivers if they want to be one of the better auctions. That in itself makes me not want to bid or pickup cars from this auction because the drivers are entirely too slow when pulling and loading cars.

Worst customer service ever. My husband went in to get his tag and the dispatcher I think Skylar was her name hit on him . Not professional at all when I called to complain the manager crystal laughed thought it was funny they lost the tag. Another worker was on her cell phone. If there was a 0 rating I would choose that

I had to travel 2 hours to get there. Then I find out ,they went through my car put my stuff in trash bags and when I got home and had a chance to go through the bags , my cpap machine was missing, all my paperwork that was in the glove box and my medication for my blood pressure and diabetes was also gone and they won't replace any thing or take responsibility for anything missing.<br>The vehicle was still in my name, I hadn't signed anything releasing ownership or given them a title.They had no right going through my property without my consent .
