The place looks really disorganized, but it is a parts store after all. Staff was quick to help me, and got me the part I needed ASAP. I also give them special points for being particularly careful, even including the screws and foam from the part car that my part needed (most shops wouldn’t). P.S. They also have a sweet little cat to keep you company while you wait!

lady at the desk was very helpful :) they get the auto parts for you from the yard, but unfortunately they didn’t have my specific part in stock, but she gave me multiple phone numbers to different used parts yards & a website to go to , very very sweet & very grateful for the help

Very personable and friendly, helpful staff. They went outside of their realm to find for me, things that they did not have, and did not raise the price on anything. I asked for a few things that were not easily attainable, and they took merely one evening to get exactly what I needed. An awesome experience, and I actually can't wait to ask them for something else, because I trust them.
