RUDE!!!!!!! FLAT OUT RUDE!!!! And if this is a family establishment, there is NO WAY, I'd have someone representing my family's business, with the rudeness that the front desk clerk has. She literally hung up on me. Then sent me to voicemail twice. Then answered again with attitude not even allowing me a chance to ask a simple question! I did inform her there is no need to be rude, so she changed her tone like a smarta$$ and then hung up. Smh. . This is ridiculous. Never have I ever service this bad! And I am in customer service! ... flat out RUDE!!!!!!

Unfortunately, the person answering the phone was very rude. As potential customers calling to learn about your business, we expected basic courtesy. The purpose of reaching out is to ask questions — if we already had the answers, we wouldn’t need to call. A little kindness and professionalism would go a long way.
