The woman running the place (I’m sorry I forgot her name!) is super friendly and nice! They are ALWAYS giving 1%-10% more per pound for scrap wire! (FYI They are only a wire scrap recycler). Chauncey’s in Holbrook was always my family’s scrap location until they closed around the c-19 pandemic, then started going to Arrow scrap, across the street from Chauncey’s, and will continue to go there for other scrap metals but when it comes to Wire, I will always go to #1

My first experience going to a scarp metal place and I was very intimated thinking it was all men. When I pulled up a woman helped me she was so kind, and helpful and the sweetest to me. I was in and out and got a great price on all my coper wire. I even came back a few more times bc of the great customer service and how fast they were!! Highly recommend

Excellent customer service, the lady running the place is very helpful and she didn’t beat my girl friend around the bush on prices.. we wanted to give number one scrap a try we allways went to Gershow with our copper and wiring hands down number one is upfront and honest and well worth the drive to get top dollar for your prices!
