I called to get a part for my f150 after them confirming 3 times they had it I drove and hour to get it. Once I arrived the part was damaged beyond repair worse then you could imagine. They told me don’t worry I’ll have another one I can send in the mail tomorrow and he’ll pay for the shipping. He tossed me $20 for wasting my time driving there and I was at ease when I left. 2 days go by and I’m expecting my part to show up I get a call from cooks saying it’s not worth my time to send you that part. He refunds my money minus the $20 he gave me for gas so I lost $2 and 2.5 hours driving there. 1 star never deal with these guys

I've been buying auto parts from this place since 2016... But within the last 2 years this place has gone down hill. Most of the time we will go to pickup a part that we call about just to find out it was never available, broken, or they can't find it. They don't call you to let you know, so unless you live/work across the street from them, you waste $$$ and time.After doing business with them for multiple years, we've decided to not call this yard anymore. I'd rather pay a driver to go pickup a part from a yard in Flint or Detroit then waste time with this place.

Cooks auto has excellent customer service,they went above and beyond for me..i live 2 1/2 hours south of Harrison in Madison htes Mich..i will definately buy parts from them again in the future..Thank s guys for helping me find a difficult to find part for my old 87 Ram...
