I called to inquire about a part and asked about the price and whether shipping could be included. The call was ended abruptly, which came across as unprofessional and left me feeling disrespected. Clear communication and basic courtesy are important in any business interaction, and this level of customer service should not be tolerated. I am still open to resolving this matter and would be willing to update or remove this review if we’re able to discuss it further.

I'm literally blown away by their extraordinary customer service that goes above and beyond for their customers!!! Today our alternator died right off the highway at the truck stop in Burbank. Being from out of town and tight on cash we had no way to get there to get our part. We explained our situation and asked if there was anyway that they could possibly deliver us the part. Without hesitation they called their driver and he delivered our part within the hour and at no cost!!! We're beyond blessed for their kindness of the folks here and assistance in getting us back on the road.
