I can only rate based on limited customer service experience. I needed a semi to back my trailer in a dock. I called about 0630 on Sunday morning. Didn't expect an answer that early just wanted number in phone for later. I think an answering service picked up (not sure) and then she forwarded me to the business. The guy was pleasant. Told I might need him later around 0900 to back my trailer into a dock because the landing gear was stuck on the ground. He said no problem. 3 hour min. Told him I would call back and let him knw for sure. I manually lifted the trailer with leveling valve when it stopped raining about 0900 so i didnt need the service. I called back just in case they were waiting on my call. The guy was still pleasant and not bothered at all. While this might seem to be nothing significant. I promise you I wouldn't take the time to review my experience if I wasn't impressed or disappointed. Average doesn't warrant much attention. This place will definitely get a call from me if I need them in the future.

This is not a salvage yard Only carries new parts for 18 wheelers, so if your trailer is not connected when you arrive they cannot help you
