Went inside my purse, got my wallet and took my kids and I social security cards and Medicaid cards while car was in their possession.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!!!!!!! My son had his truck towed to this place and they stole his truck accessories that he has had since his first vehicle and some knives. They threw all his manuals for his job into the bed of the truck along with most of his tools, WHY!!! These items ended up getting wet and ruined. When he talked with the staff at this site, they told him he could just make a claim with his insurance. They really didn't need to go into the truck at all, SO WHY DID YOU!!!! There was no need to do this to his personal things. Your job is to tow the vehicles NOT steal from them.
