Unprofessional. These guys are tryna sell used parts for more than what new parts would cost. When I called the guy out on it he told me to "go buy it online then." This is one of the main reasons that Dillon is the way it is. They should be investigated and put out of business for taking advantage of the community.

Got a control arm that normally comes with the ball joint. Asked if they could give me the bolts (one being the toe adjustment bolt) also, even if I had to pay extra. Got the part, no bolts. Said they threw them on the ground.) Also, no ball joint. Must have cut it off. Paid $81. Had to order a brand new control arm, came from eBay with bolts and ball joint for $76. Asked if I could return, since it was never put on vehicle, they said they don't return that kind of stuff. So stuck with just a piece of metal that I couldn't use on the vehicle.
